The room is clean and tidy, but location is relatively remote, and also mobile phone signal is weak here. From HZMB port walk to the hotel about 15 mins. If u don’t care about the mobile signal and location, I really recommend u to stay here. FYI, remember to bring food before check-in, order the delivery food the delivery fee is much higher than usual and many restaurants will not deliver to this location🤣🤣 If u call taxi, is hard also

帶長者遊覽港珠澳大橋，走到口岸很近，非常方便！是一片還沒建設好公寓樓，還在施工，後面建好應該不錯。房間衞生不能太奢求，畢竟這個價位還要什麼自行車呀，設施比較齊全，還有小冰箱，總體來説算得上性價比比較高的民宿。值得推薦！

重要的事情説三次，住宿體驗極差，極差，極差！！這輩子最差的住宿體驗，沒有之一！ 1、廁所馬桶蓋是直接脱落的，和客服溝通説這是正常的，行行行，你説是什麼就什麼，但凡接受過9年義務教育的都説不出這話！就算是個可拆卸的馬桶蓋，你作為一個經營主體，不需要保證馬桶蓋是裝好的嗎？！ 2、虛假宣傳，這是個公寓，公寓，公寓！！不要被騙了，連個大堂都沒有的敢叫酒店？花400買40的體驗，DDDD 地址極為難找，要訂房的自己考量吧，不在乎服務差、體驗感差、設施差的就訂吧，離口岸確實不遠。

Risposta dalla struttura: 首先很高興您能夠收到您寶貴的建議，這邊需要説明，我們酒店不錯也不差，春節期間雖然人員緊張，但是我們的服務並沒有落下，全程也有在配合您或者給您提供幫助，您拍的照片就是前台沒錯，但是是還沒上班的時間，東西雜物都會在正式上班時間規整到相應的位置，酒店也有前台，沒有前台您怎麼辦理入住的呢，這裏房子一百多萬一套，您想要40塊估計不太可能呢，説到教育，我們摸着良心做生意的，怎麼不説服務之後您的反應，怎麼不説把我們管家逼到下跪的事呢？
