The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city center. There are many bars, cafés, laundromats nearby, and the most delicious Bun Bo Nam Bo. The hotel has good sound insulation, so you can barely hear the street. It looks new.
At first, we were checked into a room on the 2nd floor. But we almost immediately asked to move to a higher floor due to the smell and because we were staying for a long time. The next day, we were given a room on the 6th floor, which was more spacious. And it was an amazing room. We slept well there, the air conditioner was positioned perfectly and blew downward. On the 2nd floor, the AC blew directly on the bed, so we had to turn it off and sleep without it. It was stuffy and hot, and we barely slept. But we couldn’t sleep with the AC on either, as we would’ve gotten sick due to its position.
On the 6th floor, the AC was thoughtfully installed.
The room had a large bed, a soft blanket, drinking water, and a minibar. All the bathroom essentials were provided. Spacious shower. Everything was clean. Housekeeping came every day. The room had a peaceful atmosphere.
Breakfasts were good — omelets, pho, buns, rice, noodles, fruit, even pancakes, and more.
The only downside was that the air conditioners in the dining room were turned on too strong, and on the first day I got a stiff neck. On the following days, we asked to turn them down.
There’s a massage service on the first floor, but we didn’t use it.
The staff were very friendly. They opened doors, helped with luggage. We had previously stayed in a similar hotel in another part of the city, but it didn’t have the same level of care for guests as this one. It was very pleasant. They also called us a taxi to the airport and let us check out later for an extra fee, which was very convenient. Chris was always happy to see us and incredibly helpful and kind.
We might return to this hotel again!
