Location is good, nearby food and beer street. Easy to go to everywhere. The owner have a service mind

For the money that you pay is super affordable. It's in the tje city center and the whole neighborhood is crowded with tourists and street bars.

a good hotel for undemanding travelers, if you need to spend the night. The main advantage is that it is located in the old city. All points of interest to tourists are nearby

The owners are very attentive and they their best to offer what they can. Unfortunately, I ended up in a room that wasn't really an "upgrade" as I was told it would be. The room smelt really bad and the sheets and pillows were stained. The shower head was broken so, I had to shower holding the hose up. The bathroom smelt funny too. After complaining, the owner was nice enough to clean another room for me after her cleaner had left. She switched out the pillows and made sure the shower worked properly. We also did laundry for only 30k while other hotels charged 35k. There are some laundry places that's even less within walking distance but we are satisfied with our laundry. We got our laundry the next day folded and nicely washed. The views looked great and the new room didn't smell on the 3rd floor. However, you are in the heart of beer street, so you'll hear the music and noise around. The balcony view was really nice and made up us feel totally wrapped up in the city life. ドンスアン市場、ロンビエン橋などのディープなスポットにも歩いていける距離でロケーション最高。 空港へのタクシー配車サービスが280KDと安いのも旅行者には嬉しい。 部屋の設備に問題はなく、アメニティも揃っているので快適に過ごせるが、建物は全体的に古く、エレベーターがないのは大きなマイナス。大きな荷物を背負って５階まで行くのは大変だ。

チェックインしたらフロントの人が携帯で電話し始めて少し時間が掛かった。でもその間におばちゃんが水を出してくれた。5階まであって部屋は各フロア2部屋。私は4階で、エレベーターはなし。私の部屋たけシャワー、トイレが離れていて部屋から一度出なくてはならなくて面倒だった。テレビのリモコンは効きません。

Khách sạn gia đình nên ko có hầm để xe, cũng không trông giữ xe, mất bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm. 4. Ở n*** khu nhậu nhẹt của phố cổ nên sẽ ồn đến 3 4 giờ sáng. 5. Nếu đi vào thứ 7 chủ nhật, buổi tối sẽ bị cấm đường đủ kiểu khi trên đường về nhà của mình. 6. Phòng và nội thất khá cũ. 7. Quy định 12h trả phòng nhưng 11h 30 về phòng để tắm rửa nghỉ ngơi thì tự nhiên thấy điện nước cúp sạch mà ko báo trước. 8. Giá phòng cũng khá chát. Tới 500k một đêm. Review chân thật, không làm quá. có chút cảm tính khi nghe câu mất xe không chịu trách nhiệm và bị cúp điện trước giờ trả phòng. Chị chủ khách sạn cũng ổn. Yêu cầu gì thì chị cũng cố gắng đáp ứng nhưng về mặt làm dịch vụ thì chưa ổn với giá mình bỏ ra.
