I booked a junior suite but was upgraded to a huge two room executive suite with rather high ceilings. Amazing.
Great hotel in convenient location. Very friendly and polite staff. Definitely recommended.
The design reminds me of older grand hotels - pretty charming. Interior and furniture not exactly brand new but in pretty good condition. Very clean. Big and wide windows.
The executive suite had TVs, a computer, a printer, a whirlpool, shower, living room seats and table, a very comfy bed, fridge, instant coffee and tea bags as well as an electric kettle. Fresh fruits very served on the living room table after every clean up.
I often struggle with hotels that spray weird strong scents in the lobby, rooms and hallways. This hotel did not do that 👍 No bad smells - nothing to cover up - no scents. I like that.
There is a pretty good and modern coffee bar on the ground floor (part of the lobby) and a restaurant on the roof top. The roof top restaurant is also where breakfast is served. One can sit inside or outside on the massive terrace with a stunning view.
I was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It is not huge but they have a very friendly team - they offer good mix of continental breakfast (buns, toast, butter, jam, cheese, meat) and English breakfast (sausages, bacon, egg) and warm viet food (fried rice, fried noodles, pan fried veggies) and Vietnamese food (banh cuon, pickled veggies, nuoc mam, various meats).
I am usually pretty picky but there is nothing to complain about when it comes to this hotel. Would come here again for sure.
