Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. The biggest issue is sound insulation.

Good and quiet location in Old Quarter and with shops down the road.

Good location. Room was clean and nice amount of space with 2 beds together however quite noisy, hot water took awhile and was opposite. Also only has dated stairs to access.

Nice and clean hotel budget friendly and in central area of hanoi Walking distance to old quarter ,cathedral and park and in downstairs a lot of establishment so u will not stress

The location is superb! it's in the middle of old Hanoi Quarter. There is plenty to eat around and 24/7 shops. The Room was nice and big. There are huge windows directed to the little alley. A Desc, Fridge, soap, towels and so on provided. The reception offers a taxi transfer to the airport which is a bit pricey I guess (300.000 VND). There is no lift in the Hotel. There is a daily room service, but they do not provide daily new water bottles. There is a lack of cleanes and the shower is not really great as well. But I definitely recommend this hotel because of its great location and the great view from the windows. My room was in the 4th floor

Average. Hotel located in perfect position near St. Joseph Cathedral (5 mins walking) but hotel 🏨 don’t have lift so if you come with big luggage 🧳 and heavy, you should avoid this hotel. But compare with price , it’s so reasonable. My toilet lock 🔐 was broken, as you can see in the picture. Just worthy for money. Behaviour was good 👍

Absolutely worth the money. The service is welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Please be aware that it can be noisy since the noise isolation is not that good. If this is important to you, you might want to consider other options.

It's worth the amount paid for. Not an issue but I wish there was an elevator. Cause the semi spiral staircase, made me kind of dizzy going up and down my room.

We stayed for a night while we were in hanoi and the attendant is very accomodating and friendly.
