The best part about the hotel was that it was right on the station, which made it super convenient and accessible.

Great location, small but good room, but I would not order breakfast again, you get a 1000 yes voucher to spend at 3 outlets, a cup of coffee us,around 400- 500 yen, so you won't get much, it's actually pathetic

Nice hotel, clean, and comfy for couple. Space is small just like any other hotels in tokyo. Very conveniently located. Right at the foot of Omori station. And few halal food restaurants too!! This is by far one of our favourite chains of hotel to go to when we are in Tokyo.

Staying at JR-East Hotel Mets Omori was a fantastic experience! The hotel is conveniently located right next to Omori Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo and beyond. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing excellent service throughout. The hotel’s proximity to shops and restaurants was an added bonus. A great choice for convenience, comfort, and value!

First time staying in JR East Hotel brand and must say I am impressed. Location is right above train station so very convenient after a long day of travel. 8 stops on JK line brings you to Tokyo station. Supermarket around the hotel closes late so you can still shop after your day trips. Room is quiet despite right above train station. No stench in room. Fast WiFi. Strong hot shower. Room is considered big if you compared to other 3 star brands in Tokyo.

I had a great experience staying at JR-East Hotel Mets located in Omori. While not in downtown Tokyo, the nearest train station is on a ‘good’ train line with convenient access to key tourist attractions and districts. In addition, the hotel is literally located in the train station, adding to its accessibility. Service from staff was great and the rooms were comfortable. I appreciate the coffee lounge offering free coffee and tea for hotel guests. For breakfast, you received coupons worth 1000yen to spend at 3 cafes located in the train station mall.

Really conveniently located. Just exit the train station at the correct exit and you will easily see the hotel entrance!!

Our recent stay at a hotel conveniently located just above a JR station was marked by comfort and convenience, even though we opted to drive. It's worth noting for future guests that parking is available near the hotel. We found it most convenient to park on the 4th floor of the car park and take a short walk near the escalator directly to the hotel on the 3rd floor of the building. The room exceeded our expectations in size, a welcome surprise as it was larger than many typical hotel rooms in Japan. The cleanliness and modernity of the room were impeccable, and there were no unpleasant odors. The shower pressure was notably strong, which added to the comfort of our stay. Hotel amenities such as makeup remover, face wash, lotion, toner, and bath salts were available for self-service in the lobby, offering a wide range of choices. Located within a shopping mall, the hotel provided excellent access to dining and shopping conveniences. For breakfast, we received meal coupons valued at 1,000 yen each, which could be used at any restaurant within the mall. If the cost of the meal exceeded the value of the coupon, we simply paid the difference. While we believe the coupons could be used from 7 AM to 11 PM, we utilized ours for breakfast at a cafe. This flexible dining option was a significant advantage, allowing us to choose from various eateries.

Hotel is conveniently co-located with the train station and a shopping mall, making it easy to travel around and get your food/souvenirs. Facilities are new and check-ins are made easy with self-help kiosks. Do note that only 2 pillows are provided even with 2 guests so request for extra pillows early to avoid running out of pillows.

Nice location and good supplement. Excellent noise-proof window for blocking the train sound.

No regret to choose this hotel for three nights. Great location and very convenient to access the center part of Tokyo by JR. Hotel is extremely clean. I will certainly return next time.

Very good area and super convenient and clean, highly recommended for everyone!

1. Room - Room was a good size and with comfortable beddings. Furnishings were new. 2. Location wise, it’s about 25mins door to door to the shopping and touristy belt in Shinjuku and the ride costs 230 Yen. 2 stops away from Shinagawa station if you’re going to Osaka next. Very convenient. 3. Within the vicinity of the hotel, there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall good hotel option for singles or couples. But for families, you’re better off in the city centre because travelling costs money too.

Room is bigger than most other stays, location is convenient and quite near Haneda airport
