The hotel is quite convenient to go everywhere around the ancient Hanoi quarter. Receptionists are very welcoming and smile all the time. I definitely enjoyed staying at there with the reasonable price.

Great service ,Great location ! I've stayed 3 nights. Manager and staff are very very very kind. and they booked very nice car with driver when back to airport in late night. also...price is cheaper than Grap and Taxi. Hope to stay in Pilgrim Hotel when have chance to visit Hanoi again. Thank you so much!

성요셉 성당과 가까워 위치는 좋습니다. 체크인 시 예약 확인이 안되어 약간의 불편함이 있었으나 직원은 친절하였습니다. 시설은 오래 된 듯 하나 깔끔한 편이고 잠만 자기에 좋은 숙소입니다.

이곳의 보스는 상당히 친절하고 젠틀합니다. 다른 분들의 서비스도 좋으나 영어를 못하는 베트남직원들은 소통이 어렵습니다. 직원간의 커뮤니케이션도 잘 안되는 느낌입니다만, 상당히 좋은 숙소 입니다

Non avevo mai trovato delle persone dello staff così gentili, il nostro soggiorno e stato veramente bello, ci hanno consigliato dei tour molto rilassante, la camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e tranquilla, il bagno molto pulito, siamo stati veramente bene

Mrs Lee was there for us any time. she book us trip to Ha long and Hagiang. real easy for us. the bus take us directly at the hotel she was super sweet. she offer us tea when we arrive and came back. totaly recommend. room are clean et everything is super closed by ! :)

Good hotel, good service. I had a beautiful day with my family. I didn't think a small hotel in the old town could satisfy me so much. Everyone welcomed me with enthusiasm and friendliness. Here you will have the same cozy feeling as in your family. The staff is very enthusiastic, especially the receptionist Trung (Silas). I introduced my friends to stay here. Will come back here if there is a next opportunity. Thank you all

Ms Thom, Lee, Hieu and Theu were very accommodating, the rooms were very clean and the stuff were lovely to accommodate to any needs! They also gave me 2 free bottles of water before I left for my train back to home, would fully recommend staying here, worth it for the price :)

Popped in for directions as we were a little lost. The owner was extremely rude to us and not very accomodating. Continued to give us death glares from across the road when we found our hostel. Not very welcoming at all. Would never book here!!!
