這個公寓羣在河內高端社區VINHOME，是一個比較大的韓國人社區。連鎖的公寓酒店，樓下有河內比較高端的mall——vincom，可以做飯，但房子已經比較舊了，雖然也沒啥大問題，但期待不用太高。樓下便利店和vincom超市可以買菜。
