M Village Hotel Ho Guom

I had a very late check in which they accommodated. special thanks to the staff that was working on 18/11/24 5am. He helped me sort out my baggage issues. The service rendered has been nothing but wonderful. The reception staff are always smiling, greeting with warmth and ever so helpful. The location is central and walking distance to many locations, if not you can grab bike anywhere within the area too! There’s a co working space available at the 1st floor and on the 9th floor, there’s a communal area equipped with washer, dryer, fridge, microwave. I love the comfortable, homely feel of the room that I was staying in. Reminded of my own bedroom. I really appreciate that I am able to on/off the AC and the lights without the need of slotting the room card into a slot. The room is equipped with a seating bench, iron & ironing board. And good quality slippers instead of those white slip on. If I were to visit Hanoi, M Village Ho Guom will be my first choice.

Room is comfortable. No breakfast provided. No fuss hotel.

Hotel is situated in the old quarter with many eateries around including McDonald's. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating and speak English well. The room is quite small (especially the shower), however the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong. Good place to stay for a few days to tour the old quarter of Hanoi.

Service was great. Facilities a bit old. Excellent location. Easy access to tourist attractions.

This is the second M Village branch that I have tried. No regret because it has the same standard. Highly recommended. The location is easily accessible and the hotel is clean. I like the laundry amenities available.

Amazing service and fantastic workers. Location is good for traveling in Hanoi. The room is clean and tidy, and New! Strongly recommend this hotel.
