There are cobwebs on the ceiling in the living room. The master bedroom fan is not working properly.. The fan noise is very loud and disturbing. The air conditioner compressors are right outside the master bedroom. The noise is very loud and annoying. Overall it was not a comfortable stay.

The place is located in bangsar area, easy to access with grab car, it is quiet residential area. The front desk staff is very helpful. The room is comfortable I have a good sleep every night.

Very good place for rest after a long day meeting. Peaceful area.

Best location. But the bed sheet had a little bit of blood and we just realized it at the end of the day.

It was a more of apartment rental style. Very basic I would say. Room service is only until 2 pm. Breakfast was also basic with limited choice. Location is very good.

Changed my preferred accommodation for my weekly meeting in KL to this place due to the Christmas hectic situation in my usual stay. Felt in love instantly. Serene. Easy to park. Close enough to shops and eateries. Spacious room. The room has good insulation as well. My neighbors mostly groups and families and the noises didn't penetrate my room. Lift was a bit hit and miss at block C. The receptionists were lovely both for morning and evening shifts..

Pretty classic place, nothing much but very quiet. The bed is very comfy.

Really like the hotel location if want to avoid the bustling city but don't want to go anywhere far. It was peace and quiet. Suitable for personal trip

It's quite spacious for a couple. the room I book equipped with all the basic , hairdyer, iron. And this hotel its pet friendly and elderly friendly. reccomend it, and definitely would come back to stay again.

Staff are attentive and allowed a early check in when the room is available (1hr early!) Quick to respond when we had issues with aircon for one of the rooms. And offered new towels, toiletries when we didn’t ask.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Located in a quiet and pleasant part of the city with convenient access to shops. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The common area is a bit old and not too clean. However, the room rate is good.
