Booked a private room, smell of outside smokers was terrible, service was good but horrible location, i wouldn’t stay there again. Price was okay, but you can get much better for not much more

Чисто, просторно, туалет и душ в хорошем состоянии. Фен не работал. Окно в комнате не закрывалось, потому все бельё, подушки, одеяло было сырым. Входная дверь не работала, приходилось будить персонал, чтобы войти. В целом, переночевать - место хорошее, чистое. Дольше 1й ночи я бы не смогла тут остаться.

Super zentrales Hostel mit cooler Rezeptionistin. Durften nach dem auschecken nicht nur unser Gepäck dort abstellen sondern auch duschen.

Re Hostel Hanoi We've spend 10 days in two different bookings in this hostel and we absolutely loved it. It was clean and the staff was really nice. They helped us with many things in the form of buying plane tickets and planning out different days and how to get from A-Z. We will definitely be back next time going to Hanoi.

This hostel exceeded my expectations! The girls on the front desk Jessica and sheryl organised my life for the time I stayed there and everything was perfect. The location was awesome, close to everything I needed. The facilities were top notch. Such a great place to stay as a home away from home.

nice dorm and friendly staff. quite but very near to the beer street. love to come back. The bed and toilet area were very clean. Price was reasonable and late breakfast so i can have a good rest after the beer street. love it

This hostel is in the middle of the old town but in a quiet street. The two lovely girls are very helpful with everything. They offer laundry and a nice balcony. The cosy room was very clean. Although we are grandparents we didn't feel too old for this hostel. We could leave our luggage there during our tour. Come here, you will like it!
