Questo hotel è stato assolutamente fantastico. Posizione. Proprio nel centro della città vecchia, rendendo facile raggiungere a piedi ogni destinazione turistica. Fantastico. ❤️ Camera. Vista esecutiva della città. Grande e spazioso con molti comfort. Mi è piaciuto molto il frutto di benvenuto e la bottiglia di vino rosso. ❤️ Personale. Super cordiale e davvero disponibile e accomodante. Dalla reception ai camerieri della colazione, ogni membro del personale era attento e allegro. ❤️ Buffet di colazione. Assolutamente delizioso. Il pho e le omelette preparati su ordinazione erano buoni da morire? Ritornerei qui al 100% e consiglierei questo hotel a tutti.

Il personale è stato molto disponibile, da dove andare a dove cenare ad aiutarci a prenotare un appuntamento dal medico con l'ospedale. La camera era molto accogliente, ottimo avere una smart tv. Prodotti da bagno di buona qualità, asciugamani e accappatoi di buona qualità. La colazione era buona. Anche la posizione è eccellente.

Tutto il personale della reception e il fattorino sono davvero disponibili e cordiali, li adoriamo! Abbiamo apprezzato i drink di benvenuto e la colazione. Tuttavia, abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza d'albergo e si sente chiaramente la voce fuori dalla porta al mattino, nonostante le pulizie e le chiacchiere. È troppo rumoroso... Le Chanvre Hotel gave us such a cozy and safe stay that we are already planning to come back soon for more! Special thanks to Mia, Helena, and David for the wonderful hospitality, who not only looked after a lot of our personal requests but also shared amazing food and travel suggestions. Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location—ideal for exploring Hanoi and also perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were all incredibly warm and helpful. A special shoutout to Helena Nguyen, who stood out for her kindness and friendliness. Highly recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in central Hanoi.

Located at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The rooms were decent amenities, including minibar and most toiletries provided including toothbrush. Rooms weren’t soundproof though and as it was located on a main street it does get a bit nosy. The bathroom was luxurious, but the shower was a letdown its poor design caused water to spill and splashing onto the floor, creating a mess. The tub was also elevated which made stepping in and out quite dangerous. Non slip mat wasn’t provided a minor safety concern. The breakfast was a decent, small but with a varied buffet featuring tasty Vietnamese and Western options, including excellent beef pho. The staff was attentive, even packing a takeaway breakfast for early departures. The staff were exceptional, consistently friendly, and professional. Communicated in fluent english. Overall, Le Chanvre is a lovely hotel great location and staff, but fixing the shower issue would elevate the experience further. Or recommend staying in a room with just the standing shower might be better.

The location of this place is excellent. The room is on the smaller side, but I didn’t find it uncomfortable at all. The hotel staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. While the breakfast selection isn’t extensive, the pho was delicious. ☺️ Since Vietnam is famous for its coffee, the morning coffee was truly excellent. (You can also request condensed milk coffee.) The gym was intended for individual use only. Just for your reference. If I visit Hanoi again in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our stay was okay. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The location is excellent – very central and close to everything, which made it easy to get around. However, the room we stayed in was quite small and didn’t get much natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped and dark. The pool area could also use more seating and some shade – it got very hot during the day. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Located in the heart of old quarter it’s very convenient to roam around the area. The staff are extremely hospitable they even go beyond their ways to help service you. Specially the front desk, they are very warm and welcoming. The only draw back is that the soap and shampoo was not automatically replaced on the next day, but it was a minor detail. The restaurant staff are also extremely attentive, I find it a bit weird that the egg station is enclosed and you need to tell the waiter that you want to order eggs and Pho as it’s not readily available, but it’s forgivable as their Pho is really delicious. Also the waiters are really great. The room is also immaculate. It’s clean and spacious enough. The pool is quite small but it’s already enough to enjoy a quick dip and have a nice overview of the city. One downside is that they do not have a full gym, they do have an exercise room but it’s just a make shift extra room from the spa. So if you are looking for a hotel with a gym then don’t keep your hopes up. All in all it’s definitely a great place to stay in Hanoi, definitely value for money.
