Respan tyttö on avulias. huone on vähän tumma. Aamiainen on hyvä jos syöt paikallisia ruokia. Hyvä sijainti,paljon ravintoloita.

La stanza è molto piccola, l'umidità è molto alta e anche il sedile del water ha le dimensioni sbagliate. Prima di entrare, l'hotel continuava a sottolineare che asciugamani e trapunte non dovevano cadere sul pavimento. questo si può dire dello standard della stanza. Buono, e l'umidità è così pesante che se l'aria condizionata e il ventilatore non sono accesi, l'intero pavimento sarà bagnato e il letto sarà fresco. L'intero posto sembra pieno di umidità e vapore acqueo. La posizione è buona e il prezzo è molto economico. Anche la colazione è inclusa, ma termina solo alle 9:00 e l'hotel chiude a chiave la porta di notte. Il personale della reception deve essere svegliato aprire la porta. Personalmente lo trovo molto scomodo.

I cinesi non mentono ai cinesi. L'hotel è davvero nella media. L'ambiente della camera è lo stesso di una guest house. La reception parla inglese. L'hotel è sul ciglio della strada ed è molto rumoroso , prova a scegliere qualcos'altro. Non lasciarti ingannare dalle foto promozionali dell'hotel.

Cleanliness is a big no-no. Very dusty. I have to wipe off the dirts on the kettle myself. Dirty - found cocroah in the bathroom. Smell wasn’t nice, at times can smell sewerage-like smell entering the room (Rm 802). Bfast plain simple.Facilities are old, and not well maintained. Staff not really customer-oriented.

Great hotel, recommended. Big room for 3 people, simple but reasonable place. Easy to explore the old quarter and delicious local restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff are very helpful and sincere. The hotel is a bit old but still a very good place for a short stay.

The location is outside the busy hoam kiem but still quite close. I was upgraded to the King room at no extra cost because the other room was unavailable. Room was clean and plenty of spaces with 3 sections, including a nice closed balcony. The elevator didnt go to the top floor just below it so had to walk 1 flight of stairs. Friendly staff.

The service was 1st class, I use a mobility walker and they were most helpful opening doors and bringing my breakfast to my room and always with a smile. Close to eateries and the lake and Old Town. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

Very strategic location. You can easily walk to tourist spots around Hanoi. The room is nice and clean. The host is very helpful.

This is an old hotel but very affordable in the heart of old quarter. The staff very nice and very helpful.we stayed on the second floor. There is a lift to bring up and down. The room quite spacious with lousy AC. The water heater good, the amenities good, there is a coffe maker too and hair dryer. Overall very good but the room so humid that the floor and the wall get wet. You have to turn on auxfan above the door to suck the humid out of the room. Lots of food store and any store near the hotel.

Very hospitable, helped with bookings around Hanoi, to Halong and Sapa, very quiet area and room. Very clean. Breakfast was just the right size. Five star rating and very happy 😁

Every time I come to Vietnam I book this hotel. First, the price is good. Second, the staff are very friendly. Also, the hotel manager helps you if you have any problems. I feel like I am with my family.
