We stayed for 5 days starting from June 3 - June 7. The hotel is well located within the city and the services provided are excellent. The staff are polite, respectful and helpful. We stayed as part of our leisure trip; however the hotel is comfortable stay for business trip as well as the services provided are to the point. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has Continental, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean in the spread (Even though we are Indians, we prefer to try the local cuisine and continental when staying overseas. So the food was extremely agreeable for us --- however, if you prefer Indian food, they don't provide that in the buffet spread or menu). Also the food we tried by using the all-day in-room dining services were also good. We tried the cheese cake as we had read great online reviews about it while opting to stay at this hotel and it lived upto our expectations. The spa services provided were also excellent and refreshing. They offer currency exchange services at the reception itself, so you don't have to go to bank or money exchange services for converting USD to VND. The room we stayed in was 825 in the non-smoking floor. It offers city view and is clean and hygienic. The washroom is equipped with automatic bidet toilet; and provides hair dryer and other standard toiletries. The housekeeping is done well. To sum up, it was a pleasant stay for us here and would recommend for this hotel to our acquaintances.

Ho fatto il check-in all'hotel il 21 giugno per un soggiorno di 4 notti. Dall'esperienza povera “Check-in” si potrebbe avere la sensazione che qualcosa fosse sbagliato ... Ho avuto molte esperienze “sottostandard” in questa proprietà relativamente nuova. • La prima notte, ho ordinato un pesce grilletto vietnamita (in fondo), ma quello che ho ricevuto è stato un pesce “ben fatto”, sopra cucinato, quasi fritto. • Il terzo giorno a casa, nonostante il ristorante fosse vuoto al colazione, tutti i servizi del bar salad erano vuoti alle 9:45. Quando ho indicato al direttore del ristorante che il buffet per colazione è disponibile fino alle 10:30, mi è stato detto che le bowling sono vuote, perché la squadra era occupata a preparare un pranzo di 500 pacs più tardi il giorno (24 giugno)..... Non sono sicuro che fosse una risposta accettabile. • La terza sera alle 10:15, quando ho cercato di usare la mia bevanda di benvenuto complementare al bar, mi è stato detto che il barista non era disponibile e la bevanda non può essere servita. • Nonostante le richieste di posizionare sacchi di caffè nella stanza durante il servizio di custodia quotidiana, non sono mai stati posizionati. Tuttavia, doveva fare una chiamata personale per la stessa ogni giorno. • Non c'era nessuna scheda di ferro e di ferro nella stanza. • I sanitatori a mano installati negli ascensori erano vuoti e non funzionanti. • Il condizionamento dell'aria nel lobby non sembrava mai funzionare. Nonostante le ripetute richieste di incontrare il GM, è stato solo il terzo giorno, mi è stato detto che il GM non è disponibile per la settimana, perché è in viaggio ufficiale. 1) The hotel staff responds to my questions promptly and they speak good English. 2) The rooms are beautiful and spacious. City view. 3) A wide selection for breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am - serves Vietnamese and western food, beverages like fruit juice, coffee and tea, desserts, salad 4) Have washing machine and dryer in the laundry area. There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

Stavo molto tempo in questo hotel, con la mia famiglia. La stanza stessa è grande e pulita, la struttura è completa. La struttura è molto vecchia, ma la dimensione della camera e la struttura e il servizio sono davvero eccellenti rispetto all'hotel in un quarto di stanza è 3 volte più grande. La colazione è al tetto con una bella vista di Hanoi. La posizione è vicina a andare ovunque, soprattutto alla stazione ferroviaria Hanoi. Hanoi hanno un'intera struttura compresa l'ombra, ma non cercare mai di dimenticarlo perché se la perdite, ci saranno le tasse. Il colazione non può dire sorprendente, ma solo la media della mia raccomandazione è mangiare il fo o il fondo perché è molto delizioso confronto si può trovare in strada o in un altro hotel.

Nhân viên thân thiện tuy nhiên quy trình thực hiện cách ly kết hợp với sở y tế rất kém. Hành khách bức xúc khi đã hết hạn cách ly nhưng không có giấy tờ kịp thời để về nhà. Khách sạn cũng không có một thời gian biểu hay lịch hẹn cụ thể, hỏi gì cũng không biết và nói tiếp tục chờ đợi . Rất nhiều người đã phải huỷ chuyến bay do không thể ra sân bay đúng giờ. The staff is friendly, but the isolation process in combination with the health department is very poor. Passengers are frustrated when the quarantine period has expired but they do not have documents in time to go home. The hotel also did not have a specific timetable or appointment schedule, did not know what to ask and said to continue to wait. Many people had to cancel their flights because they could not get to the airport on time.

E'un po'di distanza dalla vecchia città e dalla stazione di Hanoi, ma se si fa il possibile, si può raggiungere a piedi.Se si usa la lotta, non porterà alcun disagio. Il centro Vincom è vicino, dove si può conoscere la situazione del centro commerciale locale e comprare cibo e vestiti. Il ricevitore è molto amichevole e mi ha presentato il modo di trasporto per il bacino di Dragon e il modo di tornare all'aeroporto. Il gusto e la quantità del colazione di autobus al decimo piano, la dimensione e la salsa della stanza sono soddisfacenti. Gli edifici accanto sono in costruzione, quindi spero di poterlo completare il prima possibile, ma sono fuori a visitare tutto il giorno, quindi non m'importa. Grazie.

E'molto incoraggiante perché qualcuno di la reception parla giapponese. Sono sorpreso che la stanza sia pulita e che ci sia un guaio nel bagno. Non so come scaricare l'acqua dal lavabo, quindi mi prega di venire in camera e dirmi che e'molto utile.Anche se ho premuto il pulsante, c'e'un problema di pressione. Quando si lava, il bagno e il lavastoviglie sono lo stesso, quindi è difficile rendere il pavimento germinale. Ho vissuto due notti, ma dato che questi due giorni sono partiti alle sei del mattino, non posso mangiare colazione in hotel.Al contrario, sono felice di preparare frutta d'acqua il primo giorno (2 scatole), yogurt di pane, acqua il giorno successivo, torta di banana e yogurt.

Il nostro hotel è stato cancellato, anche mostrando loro che la nostra prenotazione di Agoda era inutile. Hanno anche fatto una posta di annullamento di Agoda e hanno detto che non avevano camere regolari; la mia prenotazione era stata pagata integralmente a Agoda prima del mio viaggio e l’importo totale dedotto dalla mia carta. Il personale ha detto che dovevamo pagare 1,200,000 VND per una stanza aggiornata e non avevamo scelta, ma per forarla. Più tardi, quando abbiamo chiesto la prova scritta che non siamo rimasti nella nostra prenotazione Agoda, in modo che potessimo ottenere un rimborso alla fine di Agoda, l'hotel ha improvvisamente detto che il 1.2 milioni è un top up perché Agoda li aveva sottopagati. Abbiamo insistito che se la prenotazione fosse passata, ci dia la nostra stanza originale, ma hanno detto che non potevano fare il rimborso. La nostra unica speranza è di recuperare la nostra prenotazione originale da Agoda e l'hotel insisterà che tu vada attraverso Agoda per ottenere un rimborso. La mattina dopo, quando mi sono recata, ho sentito dire la stessa cosa ad un altro ospite da un personale diverso, quando ho capito che usavano il nome di Aguda per ingannarli. 1) NON PAGANO EXTRA - non abbiamo avuto scelta perché avevamo una famiglia di 8 e era 10pm a notte 2) SIGNIZZA e insiste per rimanere nella tua stanza prenotata, probabilmente hanno la tua prenotazione e vogliono solo estorcere soldi aggiuntivi utilizzando Agoda 3) Insiste a parlare con il direttore. il personale di fronte cercherà di bloccarvi, ma se siete fermi e insistete sul direttore, alla fine si ritireranno 4) il personale tenderà a colpevolizzare il vostro viaggio e a dire cose come questo - Non è colpa nostra l'hotel perché si accusa l'hotel che è Aguda siamo anche vittime - non cadono per questo. Disseno la stessa cosa a ogni ospite. FAI RISCHI SUOI. Anche una lettera di conferma o di prenotazione da Aguda è inutile qui.
