La camera era molto ordinata e funzionale, buoni letti, bagno moderno - ma in generale non molto spazioso. Per un breve viaggio è assolutamente sufficiente. Il buffet per colazione era in ordine. La strada per il parcheggio in parcheggio vicino è un po' avventurosa. Per le aziende del centro città la posizione è ottimale - stazione ferroviaria, cinema, shopping, ristoranti sono super accessibili a piedi.

We wanted to stay just out of the hustle of the city and this hotel fitted that bill. It’s located in a good area with plenty of eating options nearby and is really close to the tram, u bahn and bus stop for getting around. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean with good size rooms. We were there 3 nights and were given the opportunity to decline the maid service which we did and were given two vouchers for a free soft drink. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and this set us up for the day. Really pleasant staff in the restaurant as well as throughout the hotel. The only disappointment was the bar was closed when we wanted a drink on a Sunday evening at 9.30pm.

Second time we have stayed here and have to say it’s a nice and well positioned hotel. Staff are super helpful. Just one warning don’t park your car at Q Park as it’s shut on Sunday so to avoid getting locked in like us use another car park if you plan to leave Sundays. Mandy at Reception is a diamond and helped us out big time so 5 stars for her service

We only stayed here one night, but it was a lovely stay that made a very favorable impression. We arrived in Hannover by train (not the original plan but thanks to Lufthansa's poor management, a plan we were stuck with) and were delighted to find that the hotel was just across the street from the station. Our room was very spacious and quiet and included a walk in closet and desk area, and the bathroom was over the top! There was a tv (with all my favorite international options) imbedded in the bathroom mirror , which let me watch the news while getting ready. Also, when you turn on the water in the shower, Classical music pipes in along with a colored light show! It's a bit Las Vegas-sy, but I loved it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had just enough options to jump-start our day.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.

Camera doppia per uso esclusivo. Chi prenota l'hotel sa che non è trendy e sì, ha patina. Camera 212 al secondo piano era molto grande e spazioso. Camera doppia un po' dura, ma per me esattamente giusto. Amenities, frigorifero con 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratuitamente. Bagno con bagno, spazioso. Camera sul lato della strada era tranquillo, nessuna strada o rumore ferroviario. La colazione è presa in terrazza. Buffet di colazione grande e ricco, che è stato riempito in qualsiasi momento. Non c'è traccia di ribalta alla settimana. Caffè filtrante e anche automatico completo disponibile. L'espresso del full-automat non era mio. Solo in un hotel solido, molto centrale e ben situato. Lo prenoterei ancora.

La camera era davvero grande ed era molto confortevole. La ragazza alla reception era così gentile e molto gentile. Mi ha portato a trovare la stanza e poi mi ha spiegato come usare le cose nella stanza. Questa volta ho dimenticato di portare il caricabatterie quando sono uscito e ho chiesto alla signora alla reception di prestarmelo. Il paesaggio circostante è bellissimo, proprio accanto a una cattedrale, ogni ora ogni ora suonerà la campana, accompagnata dalla campana la sera, goditela davvero. È anche molto vicino all'Università di Hannover e al centro d'esame dsh, raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. Sebbene la stanza fosse bagnata sulla 5th Street, non potevo sentire il traffico. Un'esperienza grandiosa.

Ho prenotato un mese prima. Ho arrivato ieri alle 23:00 perche' sono arrivato nell'ultimo aereo. Quello che ho trovato lì era una scena di crimine e non una stanza d'albergo. Ho dovuto dormire sul pavimento perché a quella ora era quello o in strada. Sabane impregnate di molti liquidi e ”fluidi”, il ritiro e il letto era come le caverne di Altamira, sangue, mezze, ecc ...A proposito, la carta da bagno piena di spazzatura. Avevo pagato la colazione, alle 7:00 mi metto alla porta per parlare con qualcuno, alle 8:00 mi metto a colazione in un bar perche' non c'è nessuno, chiamando il proprietario e mi dice che mandando qualcuno a pulire. Le spiego che non si può pulire, che è di incenerire e le dico di restituire i soldi. Rispondi via BOOKING. COM che non. Domani se non ho una risposta, vado alla polizia e alle autorità per chiudere il locale.
