The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. Overall, it's a great choice for travelers looking for convenience and a pleasant stay in Hangzhou.

第二天要去上海看演唱會，前一天就在杭州呆了一天，酒店感覺挺不錯的，大廳很大氣，乾淨明亮很通透，前台小胡姐姐很不錯，辦入住的時候處事積極主動，房間整體也很ok，衞生乾淨整潔，該有的設施也都有，下次有機會還會再來。

The experience was ok and the location of the hotel was very good. We were offered a better room than the good that was booked. As a foreigner you might have a little difficulty communicating. The facilities however are old,the place could be better if they did a minor upgrade.

A cinque ore, si sveglia e fissa nuovamente la stanza di letto speciale...Capisco che 👊 Hangzhou ha tre strati di giardino tra quattro persone...più sicuro del Qingzhou Hotel a Pechino

La colazione è ancora molto buona, il piccolo riso è molto bevo.Il viso del fratello maggiore è anche delizioso!Volevo essere qui a Xiaozhou per fare una scelta. Avrei voluto essere molto dolce vicino al quartiere, ma non c'era nulla di silenzioso. Il tempo è freddo quel giorno all'hotel. Il caldo dato dalla sorella della reception è molto intimido quando si occupa del soggiorno. Perche'un po'di febbre ha anche problemi con il fratello della reception con la pistola a caldo. Our rooms were spotless, and the common areaswere well-maintained. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean environment, and the Holiday Inn definitely delivered on that front. Affordability was a key factor forour group, and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates at the Holiday Inn. Despite the quality of service and amenities, the cost was budget-friendly, making ourstay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was ideal, especially for those participating in the Spartan competition. It was conveniently close to the event venue, saving us valuable time and energy. Additionally, being in a vibrant and accessible area added to the overall appeal of the stay. One notable convenience was the free parking available downstairs. This made our logistics hassle-free, and we appreciated not having to worry about additional expenses or finding parking elsewhere. In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone visiting the area, especially those participating in events like the Spartan competition. The combination of cleanliness, affordability, convenient location, and complimentary parking make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. L'hotel era meraviglioso, vicino a una stazione di metropolitana, una maschera intorno alla strada con molte opzioni alimentari. Il colazione era grande, avevano molte scelte occidentali e cinesi, e gustavano buono. Il personale è molto amichevole, in tutto ciò che hanno reso memorabile la mia famiglia breve viaggio.

I think this is the best hotel in the world, seriously, it's amazing! I never saw such extraordinary place. It's beautiful with the lake and all the mountains surrounding it, the park near by looks like a painting. The service was impeccable. However. I would be at least a bit more happy if they would've given me some retreat for my luggage's wheel that the guy from the hotel has broken. It was a new luggage, not expensive at all but I had a tremendous issue having to walk around with it and then buying another one in Shanghai to throw that away... I would've expected at least the attempt to replace it from a hotel of that rank. Not even a cup of tea to say sorry. I mean, as I said, it was an amazing experience therel and I strongly recommend, that was the only thing I wished would be better as a costumer.
