Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

It is difficult to rate the location....far away from the trainstation. If you go to a place like that, you know what you get. Facilities are not new but all ok. In some of the various swimming pools, the water quality seemed to be not very good (not talking about the hot terms). The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I really need to complain about is the food quality (I considered that in the "Cleanliness"). At the first breakfast there was something wrong with the apples, honeymelons and yoghurt (although it was packed and the expiration date was ok). I had chinese soup on the pool on the afternoon that tasted old and not good too. The food on the other days seemed to be ok although I didn`t eat much anymore. Afterall I had physical problems for 5 days.

Love this place. I have stayed here 3 times, and been to their hot springs 4 times total. For Tuankou town, this hotel is the best. The hot tubs are wonderful, so many different ones and different temperatures, it never gets boring. Gorgeous landscaping around the hot tubs. The buffets are great, too! Nice and efficient staff, as well. Can't wait to go back again.

再次來到眾安氡温泉度假酒店！環境非常好山好水好，只是進來的路限速非常亂，道路還是蠻好的讓外來的車子不方便。這次體驗真是醉了，天天包場，朋友住的不想走了！還送水果和飲料，早餐豐富，有機會再帶朋友來。

設施：很現代 衞生：乾淨 環境：非常好 服務：贊 和老公爬了三天山想找個地方放鬆一下，無意間找了湍口温泉，一進去就給了我們一個大大的驚喜，前台小哥哥免費給我們升級去了帶私湯的別墅屋，小池子外就是美麗的山景，房間裏地暖給力舒適，户外湯池不錯，泡了那麼多次温泉這次實際泡的時間最長，中餐廳的土雞湯也很驚艷，松茸帶個禮雞湯的香味讓人印象深刻。

此次入住酒店體驗真的很不錯！！！ 首先整個温泉設施都很完備且新，在冷冷的冬日裏泡暖暖的温泉真的太休閑愜意啦～床品柔軟十分舒適，睡得很好，衞浴也很乾凈，讓人很放心！ 早餐也很豐盛，就餐環境舒適！整個度假區的環境都很漂亮宜人，如同歸家般愜意～ 除了景色美麗，度假村的員工們也都很熱情，尤其想感謝前台方經理的服務，入住接待細緻到位，真的很不錯！下次還來～

這家温泉酒店太棒了！踏入酒店，峇裏島風格的美景映入眼簾，寧靜雅緻。房間內設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適。温泉水質清澈爽滑，不同功效的湯池各具特色，露天池周邊景色迷人，夜間泡湯氛圍感十足。服務人員熱情有禮，特別是章經理，服務周到。餐飲方面，豐富的菜品選用新鮮食材，味道絕佳。無論是休閑度假還是商務出行，這裏都能帶來無與倫比的體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

每年冬天都會來這裏泡温泉，泡池很多，室內外都有，泡完身體滑滑的。這次選擇了入住一期，感謝前台穎悦幫我們升級了別墅套房，房間很大帶私湯，體驗感拉滿。最近快聖誕節了，酒店裡到處都是聖誕元素，氛圍感很強。很愉快的一個週末，帶娃放鬆好去處。

今年冬天泡温泉心願達成，臨安湍口眾安氡温泉♨️算是杭州周邊比較有名的天然温泉酒店了。服務也很好，這次還升級了別墅區，體驗感超棒的哦！整體環境也很美，這個季節有種層林盡染的感覺。 它温泉池分為室內和室外，室外温泉池有十幾個，週末人還不算多，水池都還蠻乾淨的哦！最喜歡薄荷池、枸杞池，首烏池、咖啡池想泡但沒體驗到🤣出水的時候會冷，但泡温泉真就熱到流汗💦此項體驗還不錯[偷笑R]另外，酒店房間很大，也值得贊，住的很舒適☺️很適合放鬆度假！也是一個非常適合帶小孩一起遊玩的地方！ -
