After checkin in the hotel, I found the room air conditioning was leaking. So I went to the lobby to complain about it and they immediately upgraded my room. It was an excellent service.

Old style classic design hotel. Bathtub in the room was really big ! Staff didn’t speak English but they tried to be helpful ! Excellent breakfast! Chef recognized me every morning and remembered which ingredients I use for soup !

Conveniently located for a stress-free commute to the West Lake area, this hotel initially seemed like a great choice. However, our excitement was short-lived. The swimming pool, a major draw for us on a sweltering summer day, proved to be a letdown. The hotel's once-grand ambiance, reminiscent of its heyday in the early 2000s, sadly felt dated. Moreover, two members of our group of seven suffered bites from bed bugs, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

前台服務很好，入住的時候説了游泳免費、健身房收費，去游泳的時候泳池要收費打電話過去沒有賴賬，而是找泳池協調了一次免費遊，很不錯。

酒店環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，地理位置也非常好，出門兩百米就是地鐵站，前台服務態度也很好，不錯不錯，下次還來！！！

酒店位置出行真的真的非常方便，打車以及坐地鐵都是很便利，邊上用餐也多，選擇空間大，環境衞生也不錯。下次還會繼續光顧🙂

這次來杭州選擇了杭州華辰鳳庭酒店，就在婦女活動中心旁邊，距離地鐵近江站很近，酒店大堂氣派，房間升級了，住着寬敞舒適，景觀也很不錯，可以看到不遠處的錢塘江，杭州中心和大蓮花，到江邊城市陽台也很方便，早餐選擇多，吃飽吃好，出行方便，酒店的性價比很高，下次還會選擇！
