Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di rimanere in questo eccellente hotel di Sailing International Hotel Hangzhou, e devo dire che ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. The room was quite big but I didn’t have any Mountain View from the window (as it was written in the booking page).
The girl working in the front desk (on May 18-19) was very lovely and friendly.
I didn’t find any “-“, except one: as always, people who stay in the hotel don’t care about other’s rest bringing ******* to their rooms and yelling like they’re the one.

E'molto vicino al parco di Xiangxi. Dopo aver soggiornato due notti, la seconda sera e'stata la serata che gli amici hanno preso l'oro da soli da altri canali. La stanza non è grande e le strutture sono più vecchie. In particolare, la luce gialla della stanza è apparsa vecchia e immonda (può migliorare la stanza), ma il cameriere è felice di scongiurare, E una grande piattaforma pubblica, il primo giorno di colazione è molto poca, il giorno dopo c'è una squadra molto ricca, l'atteggiamento del cameriere è molto buono. Alcuni camerieri della reception sono troppo poveri. Non c'è un viso di sorriso nel soggiorno, soprattutto quando si lascia, una donna in costume da bagno ha detto che ci vorrebbero 10-15 minuti per controllare la stanza, Le abbiamo detto che la cameriera aveva visto che siamo usciti dalla stanza e siamo entrati nella sala da bagno. Una gente ha tirato il viso e ha sentito finta di non sentire. Ha fatto altre cose. Dopo cinque minuti ha chiamato la camera. La cameriera ha risposto presto (dovrebbe essere finita). E'tornata sulla strada d'oro, Non c'è una parola (come se la avesse messo a scrivere 200 dollari), quindi dice che una persona come questa è più qualificata per computer e non dovrebbe essere messa a scrivere sulla porta dell'hotel.

La ragazza alla reception, Xiao Li, era molto entusiasta, ha fatto uno sconto al momento del check-in e la colazione era buona e il parcheggio era molto comodo. Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

JJoeypak酒店環境雅緻，別具風格，充分享受到西湖的天然氧吧。小朋友們愛極了這裏的房間，玩到不願意出門，空調給力，製冷效果很好。入住前管家小林 及時溝通限行提示和停車問題，沒有後顧之優。尤其我們退房後，遊西湖遇到特大暴雨，半小時步行全員淋濕，狼狽回酒店，管家竟然貼心幫我們重新開了間房洗漱休息，感動着值拉滿！這就是真正以人為本的服務吧！夜宵還送了新鮮的玉米汁和眼罩等暖心小物件，住店餐廳用餐也可以優惠，我們吃了好兩餐，味道不錯！位置沒得説，但還能有那麼多停車位，是西湖邊稀缺資源無疑了，距離西湖和靈隱寺都可以步行到達！

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception che forniscono un eccellente servizio di assistenza clienti e alla cameriera che ha fatto un buon lavoro nel mantenere la pulizia della camera a casa. La colazione a buffet offre scelte sia locali che occidentali Altamente raccomandato.
La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception per il loro eccellente servizio clienti e alle cameriere che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro mantenendo pulita la stanza. La colazione a buffet offre scelte alimentari cinesi e occidentali. altamente raccomandato.

Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta.
