房間比較大，適合在附近辦公或者來玩的人住，酒店的早餐挺豐盛的，入住就加了酒店管家的微信，有求必應感覺也特別好。不是那種獨棟的酒店，和城院的幾個學院是在一棟樓裏，隔壁就是消防局，種種硬件設施都是全新的，也讓人非常放心。
關鍵是房間的各種桌子都特別大，可以放很多東西！點了好多外賣全放得下！但就是因為比較新有些設施還在裝修，可能在八九點鐘會有裝修的聲音。總體來説這個價格在這附近算是T1級別的酒店了。

La prima volta che vivo in tutta la stagione è davvero incredibile! Il servizio di reception dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Con una famiglia di anziani e bambini, abbiamo appositamente sistemato due stanze vicine l'una all'altra. I servizi in camera sono molto completi. È intelligente? C'è una piccola voce intelligente, che può controllare l'aria condizionata, le tende e la TV. Ci sono luci! Le grandi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto sono molto belle, molto confortevoli e puoi vedere il paesaggio esterno, e il canale è di fronte all'ambiente è abbastanza buono! Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

UUtente ospite因為要去靈隱寺捐瓦，所以就想就近找個酒店。一圈看下來，感覺他家比較合適。
我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。
壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。
壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！
他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。
早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。
餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。
很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

È possibile aggiungere 99 yuan per richiedere la Huazhu Club Gold Card, che fornirà la colazione e l'upgrade della camera. Ho pagato un extra per passare a una camera deluxe e ho preso una camera al 15° piano, di fronte alla comunità, che era relativamente tranquilla. Ma la colazione è nella media, le omelette sono fredde ogni giorno...
Igiene: mi è stata data la tessera della camera dopo aver aspettato l'ispezione della camera alla reception, ma dopo essere entrato nella stanza ho trovato capelli sul pavimento, capelli sulla federa e il bagno aveva un cattivo odore... È questo lo standard dopo il ispezione? Dopo aver comunicato con lo staff, tutto si è risolto uno per uno.
Servizi: il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi. Poiché la stanza non è quadrata, guardare la TV è un po' imbarazzante.

MMG LeeQuesto hotel ci ha conquistato per la sua vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana e per l'ottimo servizio clienti. Siamo rimasti colpiti dal livello di reattività del personale alle nostre esigenze e il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino extra. acqua durante il nostro soggiorno, un regalo di frutta durante la nostra ultima notte (senza che lo chiedessimo). Grazie a Sam e Alan alla reception che forniscono un eccellente servizio di assistenza clienti e alla cameriera che ha fatto un buon lavoro nel mantenere la pulizia della camera a casa. La colazione a buffet offre scelte sia locali che occidentali Altamente raccomandato.
La cosa positiva di questo hotel è che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana di Hangzhou. E il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da quanto il personale fosse attento alle nostre esigenze, il personale dell'hotel era molto attento e ci ha dato più bottiglie d'acqua durante il nostro soggiorno e frutta l'ultima notte (cosa che non abbiamo chiesto). SShangguanwanhuiEra la prima volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto Non mi aspettavo di tornare per una visita di ritorno. Il servizio è stato molto buono e ottimo. Alla domanda se ho qualche suggerimento, non ho alcun suggerimento perché la stanza è molto pulita e ogni membro del personale è eccezionale, indipendentemente dal reparto in cui si trova al primo piano o dal ristorante all'ottavo piano. Come turista, il mio cuore è molto sentito Caldo. La stanza è davvero carina, si vede che è stata pulita con cura. Poi ho dimenticato le mie cose e non ci ho nemmeno pensato. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha persino chiamato e mi ha detto di inviarmeli tramite SF Express. L'ho calcolato e non c'era bisogno di spendere troppi soldi me e ho detto di non preoccuparmi. Sono rimasto davvero commosso dalla sua sincerità. Pochissimi hotel possono farlo. Inoltre, mia sorella mi ha chiamato per dirmi come rendere il check-in più comodo e veloce la prossima volta. Il servizio post-vendita è davvero eccellente. La prossima volta che tornerò soggiornerò al Grand Hyatt.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

DDongfangdagang1La stanza è più comoda per dormire, nessun odore, la scrivania vicino alla finestra è troppo pratica, è bello sedersi e leggere e scrivere, l'hotel è molto ben posizionato, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, al piano di sotto c'è un grande supermercato, molto comodo e il personale della reception ha un atteggiamento speciale Buon servizio, voce molto amichevole! La prossima volta che vengo a vivere a Jinjiang Inn!

Disvantaggi: i capelli sono impurità, la lavatrice non sa cosa sia, e i capelli sono difficili da spruzzare insieme quando sono utilizzati, che è più raro nelle popolazioni e negli hotel attuali. Il problema è che l'approvvigionamento di acqua calda è insufficiente. L'acqua calda è quasi venti minuti, e poi ci vuole un po'di tempo.La porta del bagno è spazzatura e non può essere chiusa.
In breve, oltre a dover chiudere il bagno, gli altri sono ancora buoni, il rapporto costo-benefici e pratico.
