Hotel in zona Mosquée Al Ghoufrane, Hammamet

La badira è senza dubbio il miglior hotel della Tunisia. Design di interni raffinato e atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Spa ben curata e pulita e camere di alto livello. Tuttavia, bisognerebbe migliorare ed elevare la qualità di entrambi i ristoranti, portandoli all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle. Altro consiglio, lasciare la spa aperta fino a tardi e scaldare maggiormente la piscina interna d’inverno.

Ho pernottato 5 notti all’hotel Menara, dal 28/6 al 3/7, col mio fidanzato e devo dire che ci siamo trovati davvero bene sia per quanto riguarda i servizi che offre l’hotel (piscina, bar, spiaggia privata dell’hotel, buffet alla colazione) sia per quanto riguarda tutto il personale della struttura. I ragazzi della spiaggia sono davvero gentili e simpatici, gli animatori davvero gentili e sorridenti e i baristi e camerieri super ospitali! Avendo la famiglia tunisina che abita a pochi kilometri dall’hotel ho preferito cenare con loro tutte le sere ma l’unico pranzo che ho fatto in hotel non era male. Qualsiasi lato negativo di tutto il soggiorno a mio umile parere viene tranquillamente messo in secondo piano grazie all’ottimo prezzo della camera e dei servizi che ne offre. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Stayed here for a week in February 2024. Last minute deal. First time in tunisia, and wasn't disappointed. As you enter the hotel, the reception area is just a wow factor. And the welcome even better. Mr Salah, Emna and her look slike Sameh were brilliant. Stayed in a junior suite, on the 3rd floor, with terrace overlooking the gardens, pools and the Mediterranean. Room was lovely. 2 x 4ft twins, lovely bathroom with all you need, from hair dryers to Bath, separate shower, free toiletries etc. Literally a dressing room with loads of space and coat hangers! Coffee making. Mini bar, all inclusive and topped up every day. Safe, dressing gowns and slippers. Bedroom was large and airy, with sofa, table, chairs, big tv. Terrace has a day bed, table chairs and drying line. Very good and comprehensive meals, and superb, strong coffee. The bar service was great, although I drank mainly red wine! Spotless! Clean public bathrooms, and nothing too much trouble. If you wanted to go into hammamett, you do need a taxi. But the cost was never anymore than about 10 dinar. (£2.50). Always ask for the meter to be put on. Usual scallywags in the new medina (Jasmina), trying to fleece you. But old medina and Fort was glorious. Sunny for 4 days, about 25, cloudy or drizzle the other 3. The hotel also has 3 little, but well stocked shops, . At good prices. Had to use the Dr's there once, due to an ongoing foot injury. Fast efficient service. Came to hotel. About £25.(100 dinar). Cannot recommend the blue oceana highly enough, and returning in October for more pampering, and Emnas smile. Hamish.

Hotel al di sopra della media di Hammamet, stanza molto accogliente e soprattutto pulita, no moquette ma pavimento in marmo, con balcone vista piscine, phon per capelli presente in camera, letto matrimoniale con topper, lenzuola sempre pulite ogni giorno e servizio toilette presente, staff delle camere molto professionale e flessibile per gli orari (a volte abbiamo dormito fino a tardi e hanno rifatto la camera dopo che siamo usciti, anche al pomeriggio), ristorante con varie cucine disponibili (sia locali che internazionali) a buffet, avevamo la mezza pensione, orari per fare colazione e cena molto ampli, purtroppo tanti ospiti e pochi camerieri. Personale mediamente cordiale, in particolare ringrazio Hiba in reception per avermi aiutato a fare una sorpresa romantica alla mia metà in camera e per aver seguito ogni mia richiesta con attenzione e professionalità, a differenza di altri receptionist. Provato anche la spa, consiglio di prenotare il prima possibile (sono rimasto sorpreso non avessero disponibilità per interi giorni dovuto alla forte richiesta). Possibilità di fare il check out alle 12:00, fantastico perché abbiamo usufruito delle piscine fino al pomeriggio e poi utilizzato la spa per doccia e ripartire in serenità. Possibilità di prenotare le escursioni in hotel, presenza anche di un lounge bar per la sera. Prezzi per bibite e cibo extra (fuori da quelli All Inclusive) abbastanza bassi rispetto ai prezzi italiani. Piscine molto amplie, gli asciugamani li fornisce la struttura, è possibile ordinare cibo o bevande, unica pecca ci sono molti bambini, quindi non è molto relax. Spiaggia non di fronte all’hotel, ma a 3 minuti a piedi, con stabilimento dell’hotel gratuito e custodito. Supermercato nelle vicinanze e zona locali a circa 10/15 min a piedi. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il servizio in camera, affidatevi sempre a Hiba per far sì che le cose funzionino.

’Hotel un po’ datato ma ha una bellissima entrata con spazi grandi. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale specialmente nel ristorante ,bar e area reception. Il cibo non eccellente ma in ogni caso buono e abbondante. Un pò deludente la pulizia della camera, da un 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe qualcosina in più.

Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is  friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer.  Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h
