Hotel in zona Anouar, Hammamet

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 22 luglio al 6 agosto 2024, tre famiglie, 10 persone ed è stata un’esperienza assolutamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista, vacanze rovinate. Struttura vetusta e inadeguata: Quello che doveva essere un hotel a 4 stelle si è rivelato un edificio vecchio e trascurato. Accoglienza inadeguata e non all’altezza di una struttura a 4 stelle con attesa prolungata per l’assegnazione delle cosiddette camere. Le stanze sono pessime: sporche, datate e piene di problemi tecnici, dall’aria condizionata malfunzionante alle prese elettriche che non funzionavano. I bagni erano spesso sporchi e con degli scopini sudici, lasciati come fossero mai stati puliti. Il personale addetto alle pulizie operava in modo approssimativo: le camere spesso non venivano rifatte, e gli asciugamani erano vecchi, strappati e consumati. Inoltre, la moquette presente in tutti i piani della struttura era sporca e macchiata, un ricettacolo di polvere e sporcizia. Personale sgarbato e incompetente: Il personale della reception si è dimostrato scortese e poco disponibile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più sgradevole. Ogni richiesta era vista come un fastidio e non c’era alcuna volontà di offrire assistenza. Cibo terribile e igiene inesistente: La qualità del cibo è stata forse l’aspetto peggiore. Per 15 giorni abbiamo assistito a un menu ripetitivo, con solo qualche triglia e palamiti spacciati per tonno come unici pesci disponibili. Il buffet era gestito in modo pessimo, con gente che prendeva il cibo con le mani e un’igiene praticamente inesistente. Il pavimento era talmente sporco che le suole delle scarpe si attaccavano allo stsso. I tavoli erano apparecchiati in modo approssimativo con tovagliette luride e tovaglioli in tessuto macchiati, bicchieri scheggiati. Il banco delle grigliate offriva cibo come fegato e rognoni, del tutto inadatto a chi si aspetta una cucina internazionale di qualità, il tutto condito dalla presenza di gatti che partecipavano al banchetto gironzolando per le sale e salendo sui tavoli per degustare le prelibatezze lasciate dai clienti in maniera del tutto indisturbati. Servizio mare deludente e pericoloso: Per raggiungere il mare, bisognava attraversare una strada in curva con scarsa visibilità, una situazione davvero pericolosa. Il vialetto che conduceva alla spiaggia era sporco e con una pavimentazione malandata. La passerella di legno che conduceva alla spiaggia era vecchia, con doghe divelte e chiodi arrugginiti in bella vista. I lettini erano vecchi e malandati, i cuscini sudici e datati, e gli ombrelloni con una struttura in ferro arrugginita e pericolosa, con spuntoni che mettevano a rischio l'incolumità degli ospiti. Servizi spiaggia inesistenti: La spiaggia era priva di servizi igienici e docce, e l’unico chiosco per la somministrazione di bevande (che spesso era chiuso) era gestito da personale incompetente e in un contesto poco igienico. Le bevande, quando disponibili, erano calde e mal conservate.

Ragazzi! Se stai progettando di visitare Hammamet che l'Hotel Bel Azur sarà certamente la migliore scelta. Tutto è lì. Mi è davvero divertito la piscina del Thalasso Seawater (indoor & outdoor) con le splendide viste del Mediterraneo. Anche le tariffe di accesso sono affidabili. Molto consigliato!

Il ristorante è molto curato e il cibo è buono. Sopratutto i spaghetti con la bottarga. I servizi sulla spiaggia sopratutto da Karim e Lotfi (Ludovico) sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. La musica nel bar è molto piacevole.

Stayed here for a week in February 2024. Last minute deal. First time in tunisia, and wasn't disappointed. As you enter the hotel, the reception area is just a wow factor. And the welcome even better. Mr Salah, Emna and her look slike Sameh were brilliant. Stayed in a junior suite, on the 3rd floor, with terrace overlooking the gardens, pools and the Mediterranean. Room was lovely. 2 x 4ft twins, lovely bathroom with all you need, from hair dryers to Bath, separate shower, free toiletries etc. Literally a dressing room with loads of space and coat hangers! Coffee making. Mini bar, all inclusive and topped up every day. Safe, dressing gowns and slippers. Bedroom was large and airy, with sofa, table, chairs, big tv. Terrace has a day bed, table chairs and drying line. Very good and comprehensive meals, and superb, strong coffee. The bar service was great, although I drank mainly red wine! Spotless! Clean public bathrooms, and nothing too much trouble. If you wanted to go into hammamett, you do need a taxi. But the cost was never anymore than about 10 dinar. (£2.50). Always ask for the meter to be put on. Usual scallywags in the new medina (Jasmina), trying to fleece you. But old medina and Fort was glorious. Sunny for 4 days, about 25, cloudy or drizzle the other 3. The hotel also has 3 little, but well stocked shops, . At good prices. Had to use the Dr's there once, due to an ongoing foot injury. Fast efficient service. Came to hotel. About £25.(100 dinar). Cannot recommend the blue oceana highly enough, and returning in October for more pampering, and Emnas smile. Hamish.

We decided to leave this hotel after the first night... I think the hotel could be good for ppl who do not like any entertainment during the day or the evening and who don't care about certain things... There were a lot of older guests with their respective caregivers, maybe that is their clientèle they r aiming for... But for a regular working person who just wants to have a nice vacation from work and so on, I do not recommend this hotel at all! For starters, the lady at the reception was super unfriendly, which is actually rare for tunisians, so that's a special... When we naively suggested we could be heading to the restaurant for lunch until our rooms are ready (since we arrived during lunch time and check in time is also before lunch is over), she schooled us like small children that we would only get dinner on the first day (the tone in which it was said was tbe main issue)...when I later asked for a second card for the room, she felt it was necessary to comment - again in a schooling way - that they normally do not give out second cards... But at no point would she have taken the time to explain how to get to the beach or that there is a small shuttle vehicle for example... Also, they make you email them the scan of your voucher resp. The booking confirmation to them via email as soon as you arrive, which makes no sense at all since they already confirmed your reservation by looking you up in the system. And ofc this had to be done immediately and fast, and again in this unpleasant tone... Then, during dinner, there was no vegetarian food at all. Every pizza or every quiche had either fish, chicken or another meat in it. The only vegetarian thing were potatoes and 1-2 other isolated veggies. When you ask the staff if the quiches/ tajines contain meat or fish, they either don't know or annoyingly say ”it's fine, its with chicken”... They don't seem to have had the best training and some of them even struggle with french... Also, the person i was staying with tried the fish and it was completely overcooked and burnt. The staff/waiters are generally stressed and unorganized and keep you waiting during the whole meal to finally serve you the overpriced water of bottle that you need to pay extra. Then, all the waiters at the bar keep you waiting for an eternity as well. And all the drinks are hugely overpriced, and you are not allowed to bring your own drinks... It's rly not a good deal, and it's better to just go to an all inclusive resort where you might pay more for the night but it's actually cheaper when compared with drink prices (even when only buying non-alcoholic drinks) and ofc more convenient! Then, there is zero entertainment during the day or the night... There is just a pool and some completely abandoned bars. Then, the corridors are not air conditioned and there was always a very bad smell in a certain corridor no matter what time of the day... And the beach isn't nice either... Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is  friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer.  Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h
