Hotel vicini a Free Resort Drive on Hamilton Island a Hamilton Island

We didn’t stay at reef view but we had a magnificent meal there. Our server Fe (Felicity) was fantastic and her wit and charm made it a great night out for the 4 of us. We have hadgreat service all overAustralia but we rated Fe as the best so far.

Il nostro primo soggiorno è stato in un bungalow e ci piaceva, che si trovava alla fine di una fila e che si trovava a piedi sulla spiaggia, sulla piscina o sulla marina. Il bungalow era spazioso con tutto quello che volevi, letti confortevoli e cuscini, bellissimi letti, doccia potente e buon coniglio d'aria. La cucina compatta era buona, l'unica cosa che abbiamo usato per fare tazze di tè, come avevamo fatto colazione. La colazione potrebbe essere presa a Reef View o Sails a pochi passi da qui. Preferissimo Sails per un colazione più tranquillo e più rilassato con tutto quello che potresti chiedere. La scelta era migliore a Reef View, ma era molto più occupata con molte famiglie che rimase. Il servizio di manutenzione è stato colpito e mancato, a volte ci siamo dimenticati e la stanza non è stata pulita o i prodotti non sono stati sostituiti come i bagni di bagno o il latte, ma una chiamata telefonica veloce e hanno sempre mandato qualcuno a correggere la questione. Se tornassimo, restiamo qui di nuovo, come era tranquillo e avremmo tutto quello che ci serviva.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights whilst exploring the Whitsundays. The location was fantastic with the Whitsundays shopping centre just next door with a good range of eateries, a liquor store and a large supermarket. We were also very close to where our tour started (20mins walk or 4minute drive). The cabin itself was comfortable and spacious with good facilities. Unfortunately we found the wifi to be poor at certain times of day.

This place is probably the best (or in the top 3) of places to stay in Airlie. The location is great..right on the water (remember you can’t swim though due the stingers for most of the year). Views are amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful (after being asked a few times). The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. However the place seriously lacks in meeting international standards for 4-5 star accommodation. Room service stops at 8.30 and the restaurant won’t take bookings past this time! There’s no restaurants in Airlie that take bookings after this time. There’s no in room phone to ring reception.. unbelievable! There’s no drawers in the rooms, other than your beside table, to put clothes in. You’re provided with 5 theft proof coat hangers..are they that dear? We asked the cleaners twice and reception once for more but they never came. It’s best of the very average approach Airlie takes to tourists. We travel a lot are amazed and embarrassed at how expensive and poor quality tourism provisions are in North Queensland.

Il Mirage è un hotel magnifico con camere moderne e vista incantevole. Ci siamo trasferiti in un appartamento di due camere (camera 53) che ha vista sul mare e sulla piscina. L'appartamento era spazioso e disponeva di tutte le attrazioni. È un camion a 5 minuti per arrivare alla principale ****** in Airlie Beach che costa $10 ogni volta. L'hotel offre anche una navetta gratuita alle 10:30 e alle 2:30 pm ogni giorno che è stato conveniente. Ora per passare gli aspetti non così grandi dell'hotel. La spalla nella camera 53 è tinita, sporca e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di venire al vuoto quando sono arrivato perché non volevo che il mio bambino sbagli su di essa. Anche con il vuoto era ancora disgustoso. La spalla deve andare! Le teste del letto devono essere sostituite, perché il materiale è fiocchiato e si trova in tutto il letto. Le scherme di doccia non sono state pulite del tutto. È necessario migliorare il livello di pulizia. Il colazione è piuttosto medio, la presentazione, la qualità e la varietà devono essere migliorati. La linea di vestiti portatili nella nostra lavanderia era vecchia e rotta, doveva essere gettata fuori e non offerta agli ospiti in tale stato. In generale abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.

I proprietari di questa azienda devono leggere queste recensioni.Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 9 notti e all'arrivo andato nella nostra stanza dove si è appena profumato orribile. Gummi cheimando sotto la tavola da pranzo, pavimenti non mossi, impronte digitali sulle porte di vetro, nessun fondo sul letto del re e solo bagni sporchi e bagno. Il vetro dell'ascensore era sporco come, e non era pulito nei nove giorni che eravamo li'. Quando la stanza era destinata a essere servita, noi avremmo avvisato il posto e gettato via le nostre cose, così che potevano pulirle, e quando siamo tornati avevamo ricevuto solo asciugamani puliti e liquido di lavaggio. Mio marito andò alla ricezione per scoprire cosa costituisce un servizio nella stanza e il personale della ricezione disse che i letti avrebbero dovuto essere fatti con letti puliti, pavimenti svuotati e moppati e bagni puliti. I pulitori avevano messo le chiappe, ma avevano dato solo degli asciugamani freschi; mentre un giorno in piscina, vidi un pulitore sprayre una porta di vetro che scorreva e lavare con due lavatrici di una biancheria. La gestione dovrebbe essere vergognata e con i 400 dollari a notte che ho pagato, non rimarrà mai più lì. E' una vergogna come i giardini sono bellissimi e tre piscine sono fantastiche. Inoltre, la posizione alla strada principale e al supermercato è grande. Ho una struttura di alloggio e se le mie cabine fossero così poco guardate dopo che saremmo andati a rottura.

Dopo essere rimasto a Kipara nel 2013, 2014 e 2015 un ritorno nel 2023 ha rivelato che è ancora un posto fantastico per rimanere a tempo dedicato a Airlie Beach. Recentemente hanno riorganizzato e riformulato le cabine e hanno ancora lavorato sulla zona di accoglienza per migliorare la sensazione di essere ancora più benvenuti. Dopo che gli ospiti Shirley e Bruce hanno finalmente lasciato, è stato ora a Laurence dal Canada per trasformare questo soggiorno in un'esperienza inoltrabile, amicizia e aiuto sono stati eccellenti e posso solo raccomandare questo posto se voi pianificate un viaggio in Airlie!

We drove up from Melbourne towing our boat and stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom cabin (sleeps 6) for 5 nights 26/6/23 to 1/7/23 - It was INCREDIBLE. This was our best family holiday so far. 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). Our cabin was right next to the park and jumping pillow which was perfect! The play equipment was great and kept the kids entertained for hours as well as all the other kids staying in the park. Boat was easy to park just behind our cabin, others had parked their trailers/caravans there too so plenty of room while you’re there for storage. Our cabin was stunning. It was huge, full kitchen, lounge, dinner table, bathroom with a washer and dryer, tvs in both bedrooms and the lounge! Everything was super comfy and worked smoothly without issues. So good to be able to relax in your own space with everything you need and not take any dirty washing home! Only minor comment is that there was free wifi but it’s temperamental so we weren’t able to connect at all - didn’t bother us but just so you know. The pool was crystal clear salt water, huge, toddler pool also and a water park. Not heated so lovely and refreshing! The kids and us were fully entertained and enjoyed hours splashing in both. These facilities far outweigh other parks in the area and I wouldn’t choose any other park with kids. Hands down the way to go. The grounds are pristine and well kept, lush and so beautiful. So much space to play and walk and enjoy. Pedal carts were fun and games room took spare change haha! Reception staff always kind and helpful ready to go above and beyond. We had booked a room and tried to change it online but had issues through the booking company and extra fees. When we checked in they advised they upgraded us for free! AMAZING!! We rode into town for dinner and sightseeing a few nights/days and it was 3.5km, an easy ride our 5 year old managed no issues. Jubilee tavern is super close and has an awesome playground for kids. Also a great skate park just up from that and in Airlie an epic park too.so convenient to the park. We 300% recommend Discovery Parks Airlie Beach and WILL DEFINITELY be back to stay many more times. Le camere sono spaziose e super pulite con una vista fantastica sulla marina. Amo la piscina e il tennis e c'è un grande caffè a piedi. La posizione è una delle migliori di Airlie - un facile appartamento passeggiato fino alla strada principale, la laguna e il terminale di crociera. Tutto quello che ci serve era vicino. Rimarrà certamente qui.
