Un uomo di mezza età con gli occhiali al receptionista, Tianlula, ha detto di pagarmi tre tasse di euro per il contante, non riusciva a trovare la carta, non sapeva che cosa fare per vent'anni!L'affare era estremamente incompetente, nessun altro lo aiutava, Non mangiava colazione, beveva al salone di notte ～ whiskey sauer circa 120 yuan. Il bar diceva che il prezzo e il livello del vino erano adeguati. Shanghai può vedere il piano superiore dell'edificio. Non raccomandato, non venire ～ Vado a vivere un amore caldo!

Abbiamo avuto un bel fine settimana a Grand Elysée Hamburg. L'hotel dispone di un fantastico spa (inclusi periodi di famiglia), un servizio incredibilmente bello, camere spaziose e un molto, molto delizioso colazione. Soprattutto il bel decoro di Natale ha perfettamente reso il nostro breve vacanza di Natale. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

Ich kenne das Hotel aus früheren Zeiten, als es noch zu einer anderen Hotelkette gehörte. Zuletzt war ich 2011 hier. Seither hat sich einiges verändert. Diesmal war ich zu einem kurzen Städtetrip mit meinem kleinen Kind hier. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das durchweg freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Absolut überdurchschnittlich positiv! Was mich hier diesmal gestört hat (und dieser Teil geht in Richtung Management) war das karge und verlebte Zimmer. Es fühlte sich ungemütlich Krankenhauszimmer artig an, jedoch leider nicht so sauber. Es waren Flecken an den Wänden, Risse im Bett und auch das Badezimmer hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Bettdecken rochen unangenehm verbraucht. Hier ist mM nach dringend renovierungsbedarf. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist top und auch der Saal ist ansprechend und sauber.

Come viaggiatore da solo, sono stato all'hotel per la prima volta da 27.-29.12.2022. Quando sono arrivato a circa 10.30 ora, ho avuto la possibilità di mettere la mia valigia in una stanza. Check-in ora 14.00 ora. Ca 13.30 ora sono tornato all'hotel per check-in. Qualcosa di inflexibile nel tempo - è stato effettivamente aspettato fino all'13.50 orologio e ha iniziato con i check-in - probabilmente perché alcuni ospiti si sono già riuniti per il check-in. Prima è stato detto che un check-in inizia solo alle 14.00 orologio. Ok. Era noto - ma un po' più flessibilità negli ultimi 30 minuti sarebbe stato bello. La stanza era assolutamente in ordine e pulito. Un flacone di acqua era disponibile al prezzo di 4,50 EUR, che si dovrebbe pagare alla reception. Non ho notato l'offerta. Ho avuto una stanza per la strada e le finestre sono assolutamente chiuse e non si ha davvero qualcosa dalla strada. Il bagno è molto piccolo, ma sufficiente. In caso di ristrutturazione, si dovrebbe riflettere se un bastone di doccia sia ancora moderno. Non molto piacevole se il cortile ”segui” ;-) Ho prenotato senza colazione e ho chiesto domattina dove potrei prendere un caffè in un'automobile. L'ho potuto prendere gratuitamente al buffet - un servizio fantastico! Il personale è stato molto gentile e sono molto felice di tornare!

Fantastic location with very friendly and attentive staff. The beds were comfortable,. particularly the sofa bed which is unusual for a hotel! Really conveniently located for all transport links and noise from the station is minimal with the windows closed. Water pressure from the shower is superb and we were grateful for the bath since our 4 year old prefers that to a shower, it filled up quickly and the water actually heated up faster than our bath at home! The breakfast was amazing, good value for money and a good selection of hot and cold food available, it was a real treat getting to have banana chips for breakfast and the coffee was outstanding - I particularly loved that they provided coffee flavouring syrups. WiFi signal is strong enough to stream Netflix. The hotel was fantastically accommodating when we asked for a room at the front so that my son could see the ICE trains at the station. (This was the purpose of our visit as they're his favourite train and the location didn't disappoint!) Just a couple of small points to note: There is no kettle and fridge in the room - I don't know how I missed this at booking as to be honest, I wouldn't have booked the room if I'd known that, given that my son likes fresh milk before bed and the restaurant part is only open for breakfast. It would have been nice to have tea in the afternoons on arrival back from being out for the day but it's not a huge deal - I do feel that these facilities would improve the room significantly. The windows also have the ability to open fully as well as part way and there are no guards etc against them to prevent children from falling. Not an issue for us as we didn't open them fully, but I do think parents need to be aware of this when booking the room. The rooms aren't cleaned daily, this isn't a huge issue but it would have been nice to have at least had the bins emptied daily, as we had to have a couple of takeaway dinners (see earlier comments about sleeping child, haha!) and the bins are very small. Again, not a massive deal for us, it didn't take away from the trip at all! The hotel accepts dogs - not a problem for us as we love them and the room didn't smell at all - the few dogs we saw were very well behaved and sweet! A few people have commented on the decor of the hotel - it's true, it does need a full facelift to be dragged into modern times, but it's totally clean and comfortable and that's what mattered to us :) We'd absolutely recommend this hotel! Just to add for anyone considering a trip to Hamburg, we bought a Hamburg Card which was great for getting discounts at some of the attractions and also covers you for travel on basically everything except the ICE train.

Being a Marriott member I’ve used mostly Marriott brands during my trips , and I’ve got to say the stay was good , the room was clean , the position is great next to the subway station connecting you with the city and the airport , only few things that need to be improved like service , Breakfast was good , food in restaurant was good but I needed to wait 30 min for my meal to be served and I was the only one in the restaurant not busy at all so I was wondering how long it would take if the restaurant was busy it didn’t affect my experience , and I would suggest that staff wear a name tag which make it easy to identify who did a good job like the guy who checked me in was very polite and professional , will definitely comeback next time I’ll visit Hamburg .

Questo hotel si trova in una posizione molto buona proprio davanti alla stazione S Reeperbahn, a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale e a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto. Ha 5 livelli con circa 50 camere per piano e 3 ascensori, e è pulito, nuovo e moderno, con letti comodi, docce grandi, buon wifi e anche una lampada musicale! Ben progettato per sentirsi comodo anche in un piccolo posto. La AC ha funzionato molto bene - eravamo a Amburgo per giorni con +39 gradi Celsius ma la stanza era fredda! La cucina era troppo morbida, buona per dormire, ma non abbastanza quando guardavano la TV o leggevano - due di queste cucine/persona avrebbe funzionato meglio. Il bagno freddo, molto generoso. Al check-in ci è stato detto che il servizio sarà dopo 3 notti (!) e prima di avere tempo per lamentarci abbiamo un buono per due bevande complimentari al bar! Dovevamo rimuovere il nostro bagaglio ogni giorno, perché nessuno veniva a prenderlo. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e dopo le prime 3 quando la nostra stanza è stata finalmente pulita, ho notato che la mia camicia (spostata sulla coperta) è scomparsa. Immaginavo che il puliziatore mi prendesse per errore il mio vestito bianco con il lavandino, e informo la ricezione, sperando che potessero controllare il lavandino ... La bella signora mi aveva promesso di riportare il vestito da notte in due ore, Ma è venuta con una camicia bianca, non era mia. Quindi, tenete cura dei vostri vestiti il quarto giorno, niente sul letto!
