本來對酒店服務和和房間衞生都是滿意的，但在退房時服務員聲稱我們的房間少了一條毛巾，要求我們賠償，不讓我們離開，我們極力解釋入住時本來房間就沒有這條毛巾，後來耽誤了十五分鐘服務員才查實他們之前漏放了這條毛巾在我們的房間。酒店工作人員因為他們自己的工作失誤耽誤了我們的時間，導致一天的好心情都沒有了，而且並沒有向我們表示歉意，這點很不滿意。這樣的態度和處理方法讓人無法接受，作為酒店，你不能要求住客證明自己沒有偷房間裏本來就沒有的物品

衛生來說，我覺得可以再加強，例如地毯。 位置來說真的很棒，就在太陽世界的對面，過個馬路就能到了，並且對面還有一整排餐廳。 服務來說，就要看人了，不是每個人都盡心盡力，有的人只是敷衍了事，但有的員工就很無微不至。 設施來說，我覺得這個價格沒什麼好挑剔的，房間內又有廚房又有陽台還有無敵海景的。

Duy nhất 1 điểm cộng là ksan ở vị trí trung tâm xem được toàn cảnh pháo hoa carnaval còn lại cực ầm ĩ, giường cứng, ăn sáng thiếu đồ, checkin out đều mất cả tiếng xếp hàng, giá ngày lễ siêu cao k tương xứng với chất lượng

위치적으로 중심에 위치해있기 때문에 아주 훌륭합니다. 또한 조식 포함으로 조식도 다양하게 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 내부는 청결하고 깔끔했고 대신 제가 갔을 당시 Bai Chay Beach 에서 축제? 같은걸 하고 있었는데 노래 소리가 큰건지.. 방음이 안되는건지.. 좀 많이 시끄러웠었네요. 그거 말고는 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

tôi book phòng có ghi rõ số lượng người , và bill xác nhận đến ks chỉ phụ thu 300k, trước khi đến tôi đã gọi điện xác nhận trước và dc nhân viên nói chỉ phụ thu 150k. nhưng thực tế đến nơi họ thu 450k. vấn đề t2 là không có áo choàng tắm , mặc dù khách sạn 5 sao ??? k xứng đáng với 5 sao. thứ 3 là ăn sáng ít món, k hợp khẩu vị. nghèo nàn. để xứng đáng với danh 5 sao cần cải thiện khá nhiều. Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại Mường Thanh! chắc chắn !!!!

Tuy nhiên thực tế khi phát sinh tại quầy là 5 người lớn và 1 trẻ em trên 6 tuổi nên khách sạn đã phụ thu 300,000/người lớn và 150,000/trẻ em.Nếu quý khách vẫn còn thắc mắc vui lòng liên hệ với khách sạn bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng sẽ hỗ trợ cho quý khách.Trong tương lai, chúng tôi hi vọng sẽ có thể đón tiếp Quý khách một lần nữa, chúc Quý khách nhiều sức khỏe và thành công.Trân trọng,Nguyễn Chính ThôngGiám đốc khách sạn
