Good location with walking distance to Metro station and also BIFF and Jagalchi Fish market. There is also a big Lotte World Department store near the hotel.
Room is clean and nice port view from the hotel balcony. Overall, satisfied with the hotel and the location.

Hello, we would like to complain about this Busan Connect Ocean Hotel.
Front desk customer service was terrible. They were rude to our business guests during check in. Shouting & refusing to assist kindly. Making the check in process very upsetting to our guests who are already tired from their business travel.
Our lead guest is pregnant & she requested extra pillow from the front desk. They shouted at her NO. With no explanation or initiative to understand the customer's needs. This is unacceptable behaviour for front desk & customer service in the hotel industry.
We suspect racism is part of the issue here as our business guests are foreigners. The front desk staff can clearly understand & speak in English but refused to assist kindly, instead they choose to be rude from the moment out guests checked-in until the end.
We will not recommend this hotel to our business guests & affiliates. We suggest the hotel take this complaint seriously.

Staff were rude, not helpful and impatient. Pillows in the room were too soft hence I asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any to spare. When I called the reception from my room, they told me to head down to the reception to speak to them face to face because they couldn’t understand. It was raining, I asked to borrow umbrellas and they told me that they don’t have any when I see 5 umbrellas hanging in the room behind the counter.
