Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them.

Everything was clean. Access to room from parking lot was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Just an overnight stay on the way to Montreal. Excellent person at check-in. She was so helpful when we had a small television problem. Breakfast was well done. Eggs were perfect, sausages were very good. Breakfast area very clean and organized.

Convenient, safe and affordable.

房間就是那種汽車旅館的感覺，設施舊，有翻新，還算湊合，談不上好，走廊有**味道！最離譜是酒店入住刷了我一次房費，睡覺到半夜三點多又刷了一次房費，第二天找前台，死活不承認，還好銀行可以查看到信用卡的扣款方，截圖找攜程客服，過了兩天才幫我把第二筆錢退回來了！忘了拍照，去美國路過住了一晚而已！
