The room was clean. I don't know if it wasn't the only room we reserved, but the refrigerator wasn't cool at all. It can’t be refrigerated. There aren't many kinds of food in the restaurant.

Its a beautiful hotel, nearly new. Was told built in 2018, grand open in 2020 but then closed because of Covid. Reopen in 2022. Spacious room, nice decor, and good service.

需要改進的地方:1.空調由前台控制，客人不能操作，一晚上停三次空調2.酒店毛巾小朋友擦手後有稍微有點臟，需要交付50000越南盾，其實洗洗就除掉了3.處理問題不專業，沒有酒店該有的職業素質。總體評價一般

設施：設施完善，細節到位 衞生：大堂乾淨明亮，房間整潔有序 環境：交通便利，買東西吃飯比較方便 服務：服務員不會説中文是硬傷，要跟上國際潮流 説個細節，為什麼莫名其妙換房間，解釋了也沒用，服務不夠專業。

位置距離郵輪碼頭不算太遠。餐廳早餐選擇不多，但吃的算比較放心。酒店乾淨設施也挺新，衛浴水流很強，熱水很快就出來，性價比還是可以的。

Un hôtel parfait, bien situé des chambres très jolies et un rapport qualité prix Parfait nous recommandons Vivement cet hôtel. La piscine est agréable. Le club pour enfants aussi et le personnel est très agréable. Merci pour ce séjour

位置好交通方便，酒店設施齊全很新，房間大乾淨衞生，前台服務好，早餐也好。我通過朋友渠道找到了跑口岸中巴（9座）車司機的電話，由於語言不通，幫我聯繫了去芒街口岸的司機，第二天早上8點準時到酒店來接我，特別感謝！

酒店的服務態度是非常好的！説是4星的，但早餐很一般，房間很一般！就住一晚也沒有太大要求，門口就是一個燒烤店，不過附近有個洗頭的還洗的很好！就在酒店背後那條街上！

Ks ở kv cái dăm,có khu vui chơi giải trí cho trẻ em( có mất phí.bên cạnh có khá nhiều quán ăn tiện lợi.nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng khá nhiệt tình và thân thiện,ks 4 sao đồ ăn tuy ít nhưng chất lượng và ngon hơn ks 5 sao.app ghi có bồn tắm nhưng nv lễ tân báo cả ks ko có bồn tắm.app lên ghi rõ hơn để khách ko hiểu nhầm.
