Hotel in zona Roundabout Seestraße &HallstätterSeeLand, Hallstatt

Il proprietario è molto gentile a rispondere alla mia domanda. Inoltre, la pulizia della stanza j è bello con un balcone. Posso vedere la stella e sedere al balcone la sera. È la mia esperienza memorabile. Dopo aver svegliato, ho un colazione e mi siedo vicino al lago. E' così rilassante e piacevole con un pasto delizioso. Inoltre, vicino all'hotel ha un parco di gioco.

Molto bello appartamento con un composto spaziale e molto conveniente. Prendemmo una barca dal resort a Hallstatt, 10 euro per persona. Da Hallstatt ci porta un autobus pubblico che ci porta direttamente alla fermata di autobus davanti al resort. Tuttavia, ero deluso dalle informazioni sbagliate in trip.com sulle camere. Inizialmente volevo prenotare una caffetteria con 2 camere, perché siamo un gruppo di 2 coppie. Quando ho fatto la prenotazione, il sito web trip.com ha detto che 1 camera può essere adattata a max 2 persone. Ovviamente ho dovuto prenotare 2 camere. Quando sono arrivato, mi ha colpito il resort per scoprire che ero sbagliato a pagare 2 cappelli con 4 camere! Non abbiamo usato l'altra cappella, ovviamente. E' stato completamente sleale che, a causa delle informazioni sbagliate in trip.com, dobbiamo pagare per altre 2 camere che non abbiamo bisogno. Chiedo compensazione da trip.com per la mia perdita e sono passati 4 giorni e ancora aspettavo di sentire da loro una soluzione.

A se stesso un hotel molto bello con un buon personale. Alla reception ci vorrà un bel tempo per l'iscrizione, ecc. Quando si fa sci, si è veloce, si è solo un fermo di autobus. Purtroppo, più di massa al buffet. La cena era ”no”. Suppola e salata deliziosa, dei piatti principali piu' cantina - questo ha purtroppo buffet in sé. La colazione è bella ricco e variabile. Per la dimensione dell'hotel, il benessere è piuttosto piccolo. 2 saune, tutto bene, ma purtroppo poco letto e non separato dai docce. Così si può rilassarsi in camera. Abbiamo avuto un falso allarme d'incendio di notte e siamo stati a letto freddo di notte alle 2:30. Temperature fuori. Purtroppo non c'era nemmeno un incontro all'hotel su richiesta. Almeno le bevande da 20€ potrebbero averci lasciato per il tempo. Certo, probabilmente l'hotel non può fare nulla per questo, ma anche noi non e questo ci ha già fatto. geärgert. Wir kommen nicht wieder. ------ In sé un bel hotel moderno con personale amichevole. Al ricevimento, l'iscrizione ecc. in qualche modo richiede molto tempo. Il tuo veloce al levante sciistico, solo un autobus ferma. Per la dimensione dell'hotel, la zona di benessere è sul lato piccolo. 2 saune, che è ok, ma purtroppo pochi lounge e non separati dalle docce. Purtroppo, era più di una massa di trattamento al buffet. La cena era ok. La zuppa e l'insalata erano deliziose, il principale corso era più come cibo cantina - purtroppo è quello che riguarda il buffet. Il colazione è ricco e vario. Avevamo un allarme di fuoco difettoso la notte e siamo stati fuori a metà di un pigiama a temperatura congelata . Purtroppo, non c'era nessun alloggio dall'hotel quando è stato chiesto. Almeno avrebbero potuto rinunciare alle bevande da 20 euro come gesto di buona volontà. Certo, probabilmente non è colpa dell'hotel, ma nemmeno noi possiamo e questo ci annoia. Non saremo tornati.

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

Ho davvero goduto una bella vacanza familiare all'Hotel Sommerhof. Ci siamo trascorsi qualche giorno di relax. L'hotel ha molto da offrire ai bambini - muro di salita, piscina da ballo e anche un cinema privato. Mio marito e io potevano godere di un bel bicchiere di vino (grande selezione!), mentre i bambini stavamo guardando un film. Siamo sicuri di tornare - la prossima volta per una vacanza sciistica, perché le strutture sono perfette anche. Possiamo solo raccomandare questo hotel a guida familiare, affascinante nella bella regione montagna chiamata Gosau (Salzkammergut).

Me and my brother stayed at the end of June for 2 nights half board. The hotel itself smelt really clean and very fresh. The rooms were clean but much smaller than expected. We asked for two single beds but we received a double room. The food was pretty tasteless and not a very big variety. I did end up going hungry. There is a nice pathway from the garden into Bad Aussee. It is a very steep climb back up though. Our first night staying here at Midnight a coach load of kids turned up having a party in the car park. They were not staying at the hotel but kept us up till 2am. This was a very disturbed night. The staff were not very friendly. It did seem to be an inconvenience to be working for them. The sauna we didn’t bother using as you would have to wait 30 minutes for it to warm up. You still have to pay in your total which was not aware to us until paying in person even if you don’t wish to use it. If you are staying on one of the top floors it can be very difficult taking all your luggage upstairs as there is no lift. The toilets in our bedrooms didn’t flush properly and there was constant trickling sound of water all night. If you would like to play table pool it is 2 Euros a game. There are 2 rooms to eat Breakfast/Dinner. All the guests were shut out of the 2nd room with the big windows with the nice views. We weren’t sure why. Minimal parking as they like to leave the car park for the coaches who come in and out. We probably wouldn’t choose this hotel if we were staying in the area again. Please don’t compare this review to JUFA hotel Grundlsee. I would travel 5 miles just to stay in the hotel if visiting Bad Aussee.

Strange hotel, great location but not much to it . No bar in the actual hotel, it's on on the front, in a separate hut on the street. The rooftop pool is ok but no bar to order drinks. The room we had was pokey, the double bed was tight to the wall on one side so that person had to climb to the front of the bed to get in & out (several rooms like this so reception staff say) Our error for not checking on the room size but having stayed all over Austria we have never had a room so small, Paying £200 per night it's a joke! Won't be coming back, lovely resort though and friendly helpful staff....
