Pensavo che l'hotel fosse dove si trova, cioè vicino al molo dei traghetti. Tuttavia siamo stati portati in una posizione a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La camera è pulita, ma è molto deludente che non abbia alcuna vista da due piccole finestre. Il segnale Wi-Fi non funziona nella camera da letto.

Questo hotel offre una colazione a buffet davvero buona con una vasta gamma di cibi tra cui scegliere. Il personale è molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera. Non vivevamo nell'edificio principale e richiedevamo 8 minuti a piedi, ma non è così difficile da raggiungere. Consiglierei alle persone di stare con loro se visitano Hallstatt.

Il personale è gentile. La stanza non è male ma sembra così vecchia. La colazione è a buffet, non c'è molta scelta ma include tutto il necessario. La cena è piuttosto carina, da provare il piatto di pesce e la zuppa di zucca.

La città di Hallstatt è stata esaltata dai cinesi. Se vuoi passare, non devi restare. L'hotel non ha alcun senso del servizio. Il servizio bar è arrogante. Costa 3 euro per un bicchiere di acqua bollente Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto vecchie Abbiamo soggiornato in altri hotel fino in fondo È tutto gratis. C'è una piccola città di St. Wolfgang (il luogo in cui è stato girato Sound of Music) lontano dalla città di Ha. Alla gente del posto piace andarci, e non è persa nella città di Ha!

Ottima posizione proprio accanto alla piazza del mercato e al punto di attracco dei traghetti appena al piano di sotto e raggiungibile a piedi da un punto fotografico dietro l'hotel. La camera era favolosa con un grazioso balcone con vista sulle splendide viste sul lago e sulle montagne. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi viaggia a Hallstatt. L'hotel fornisce anche un servizio di trasferimento da e per il punto di consegna, quindi niente di cui preoccuparsi anche se si hanno bagagli pesanti.

The hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!

great service and spectacular views of the lake from the balcony of our room. the room was spacious and comfortable. buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of food options.

This hotel is one those bucket-list hotels that you should visit at least once to really take in the beauty of the Hallstatt region. The lake view was amazing especially when you are sitting on the balcony enjoying a coffee in the morning watching the sun peak over the mountains. The breakfast buffet was good and the shuttle bus service to and from the car park was very convenient specially with large luggage.

In the heart of town, the front desk lady was really nice, glad we chose this one as the town basically shutdown after 6pm, the restaurant at the hotel was the few places you can dine in Hallstatt if you stayed overnight.

The hotel itself is good enough, large space and located at the centre of Hallstatt. The staff (3 nos of female staff) are not very helpful and a bit unfriendly, although 2 male are still nice and helpful. I believe that you can find some better serviced accommodation with same price.

Everything here is great just the room are a bit pricey however if you are staying here you must book the room with lake view

We need to COMPLAIN about the services we received from the reception desk. We stayed here for 3 nights. The last night was a nightmare. We asked for bottle water three times and were told by the receptionist (a lady ) to drink tap water. She also lied to us saying there were no more bottle water. She later asked us to get down to get bottle water, I rejected and she said you won’t get water if you don’t get down. I paid a lot to stay in the hotel to get service that I deserve. We don’t pay to be taught. No one should tell me what to do when I’m in a hotel and I don’t break any rules. We just want get the service that we deserve. The receptionist lied to us. Hanged up my phone strong and quickly. It was a big shock to me and caused my anxiety. I was not able to sleep that night and was afraid she might kick us out. I highly NOT recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in the future. Or that reception lady apologize to me directly. It’s not worth the price to stay in town. Lack of dinner choices (only the pricy hotel restaurant), bad weather, bad bad bad services. Hope everyone be treated well. Not shitty like our last night. Ruined by a bottle of water and lied by people here. Damn…
