Staff are very attentive and warm. Complimentary lounge is wonderful. Room is spacious and practical. Enjoyed the hot spring facilities. Thank you for the memorable stay.

非常新的酒店，設施服務都很好，入住比較晚所以位置沒有搞清楚在哪裡。看到之前有評論説晚餐不好吃所以沒定，推薦晚飯可以步行去附近一家餃子館吃，味道非常好。公共的露天温泉很棒，自己房間裏的私湯也很棒，私密性很好。唯一不足就是床太軟了，第二天起床腰痛。總體非常好

酒店非常近強羅站，步行4分鐘巳經到酒店，員工服務態度很好，我們行上酒店時候，他們巳在斜路迎接我們，入到酒店又有迎賓小食及飲品，不用排隊check in 及check out, 只要坐定定就會來招呼你，定咗1泊2食，晚餐揀咗日式，早餐就選西餐，兩餐都非常有水準，由其早餐望住箱根山景非常舒適，本來諗住第一天在箱根周圍行吓，結果全日在酒店，酒店環境實在太舒服，在露台會聽到流水聲，下次一定要訂2晚才足夠

房間非常乾淨，面積很大。獨立的泡湯空間。去大涌谷出門就是車展非常方便。特別值得一提的是酒店的餐食，晚上選擇了鐵板燒，早飯是日式定食，很精緻很好吃….整體體驗除了貴，其他都OK

嗯……這次是附近訂不到再好酒店了選了這家 本來看攜程上照片感覺還行進了房間就……挺難受的 除了前台美女姐姐很有禮貌以外 20萬日幣一晚的價格連早餐晚餐都在糊弄人…晚餐的和式料理跟上野某松亭7000円的沒法比 一個人一萬五需要單加項 兩個人加了項在餐廳大堂吃一共五萬 （第一次見日式酒店懷石需要單獨加錢加項且不加錢的全是提前冷藏好的東西）跟料理種類無關 就衹是敷衍加不正式私密性差 想選日式服務和私人性好的酒店話本人來講不建議選 不提性價比低 就衹是私湯池很臟包括衞生間的洗護用品上也有白色的水漬…可能是本人訂的比較晚 房間外景觀也很一般就是枯山 個人覺得完全不值這個價錢 這個價錢如果提前訂時間充裕的話完全能住到景色更美服務更好更乾淨的酒店^_^（可能是之前住的都太好了 酌情參考

非常滿意，視野良好，環境優美，看到了箱根的山和水，交通超級便利，出門就是美麗的風景區，。早餐很好，晚餐也不錯，就是價格有點貴。酒店還算好停車。
