Bellisimo posto. Cibo buono con presentazioni meravigliose. Si può inoltre usufruire di un piccolo onsen privato. Da fuori non si direbbe, ma dentro davvero bello!

around 15 mins walk from the train station but there are so many shops while on the way to the hotel. The hotel offer free snacks, drinks and free ramen. Visitors can grab as many as possible and are all free. The hotel room is clean and spacious and I like the hot tube bar within the room. The private hot spring and the public hot spring are all great. The portion for the dinner and breakfast are big. Especially I like the sukiyaki dinner.

The hotel is beyond what you can imagine! I was very surprised that the different types of amenities they provided and are available! I am definitely surprised at the drinks bar, really love it! Would definitely be coming back here😄

The hotel is around 15 mins from JR station no pick up service. The service and hotel facility are much better than my expection though most of employees only speak Japanese but they still try to help you if any question . The food also amazing and they provide the Reman in the late evening after hot spring ! hopefully I will have chance to stay in this hotel in the future.

This surrounding is very nice, free flow drinks 24 hours. Not to worry about hungry when u stay here

整個3和4層都是有電線桿風景，發現只有這家温泉酒店是這樣。 前枱服務人員對外國人不友善。 我在check-in 時，他竟然叫後面日本人上前，處理完了那日本客人的事，才回來。 態度和語氣也不好。 不建議入住，花同樣的價錢，一定有更好的選擇。 食物也不好吃，但附近沒有餐廳。 不太愉快的體驗。

除了溫泉很小，其他都可以打滿分，服务也很到位，非常非常地推荐这一家，距离汤本站也不是很远，所以很满意这次选择

酒店景觀環境還不錯，看山看小河，從湯本站走過來也就十一二分鐘左右，逛逛街就到了。酒店設施比較一般，按照我付的酒店的價格性價比一般。私湯就一個，基本排不上，每次去都是上鎖有人。一泊二食，品種挺多的。

晚餐如果食量不大是可以的，早餐有日本特色尚算豐富，但酒店距離車站有點遠，要步行大約15分鐘或以上。

部屋の客室露天風呂に数え切れないくらい入った お食事もスムーズに提供していただいて父母大満足でした！

旅館雖然比較小，但各方面都令人感到滿意，訂了一泊二食，味道雖然一般，但儀式感滿滿。住的那層樓有自助飲料和可以自己調配cocktail，幾好！ 温泉方面都不錯，男湯有兩個公共池，還有兩個私浴。 如果可以晚點退房就好了，不夠玩

設施：有點年頭。老舊。温泉池子請做好心理準備，三人以上是會非常擠。 服務：英語不太行，態度冷冰冰。退房時候問存行李，指着行李説了三遍才聽懂，有點刻意。定了晚餐料理，能選擇的時候只有17點15分和20點。在二樓的餐廳，大家排隊跟趕鴨子一樣，料理套餐吃的過程完全是在走形式。當然了，可能因為是外國人，更好可以省去很多介紹的環節。還的記得叫服務員，否則容易吃完了這一道沒人給你上下一道菜。 整體來説，不值這個房價。
