"Had an overnight layover at Haikou returning to Sydney. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful, the room was clean and the price for the night was very reasonable, highly recommend.
With airport transfer it would be best to let staff know when your flight is and book the shuttle bus in advance as they only come around every hour.

"Провела в отели 4 дня. В целом все понравилось. Очень удобное расположение, напротив красивый парк, рядом торговые центры, до вокзала и Старой улицы на такси максимум 10 минут. Очень чистый номер, с белоснежным бельем. Удобный душ, красивая раковина под старину. Не понравился абсолютно завтрак. Если прийти утром, к началу завтрака, то еду есть, но если придёшь через час после начала завтрака, то еды уже нет и никто ее не добавляет."

"The hotel is really beautiful. The decor and style is something! There’s construction beside the building but there is a disclaimer on trip that we didn’t notice before. They also give one in the room and they provide ear plugs. The room smells a little humid and musty when you 1st enter but we couldn’t smell it after that. The staff is super helpful, they bring your luggage up, bring you ice if you need, send your takeaway upstairs with the robot for you if you call. the room service food we got was so so but the breakfast buffet is good and varied. The location is also good, there’s a mall and some beaches not too far from the hotel."

"必須給滿分！首先誇一下前台服務，耐心細緻，還免費幫我們升級了房型。房間的衞生無可挑剔，光腳踩在地板上都沒有灰塵。床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，對頸椎非常友好，睡的特別舒服。淋浴的水壓很大，熱水來得快，洗去一身疲憊。另外早餐品種豐富，味道也很棒。麪包和海南粉都很好吃，早餐時間開到10點也還可以，水果很新鮮挺甜的。我們是下午哦航班，酒店送機時間最晚14:50。四點的時候問了一下前台還可以送機嗎？前台説現在有空車可以送，專門送我們去機場，服務太周到了，下次來海口轉機還會選擇這家酒店！！推薦！"

Room: Upgraded to a seaview apartment suite. The shower drain in my previous room had a minor issue. Manager Grace Wang from the Front Office patiently and meticulously resolved it. She even added me on WeChat to follow up—truly professional. Thank you!
Breakfast: On 33/F. Stunning view. Decent overall. Highly recommend the noodle station and waffles.
Service: Far better than the unsmiling Sofitel next door. Staff were courteous, kind, and tactful across all departments, including the Chinese restaurant staff on 4/F.
True Hospitality:
- Grace sent a beautiful birthday fruit platter for my family member’s celebration.
- Proactively followed up during our stay to ensure a flawless, pleasant experience.
I stayed another three days after returning from Xinglong. Felt homey and cozy throughout.

"I stayed during the Spring Festival Holiday. The buffet dinner was the worst quality food I’ve had in China. The meat was clearly reheated from the previous day in the microwave so was exceptionally chewy and dry (completely devoid of moisture) and the rest of the hot buffet food was ice cold. The hotpot was edible. For 265 yuan per person I expected a bit better. In their defence, when I told them about the dry meat they offered me a fresh plate from their kitchen however it was lacking in taste. I shouldn’t have to ask for them to bring fresh meat at a so called 5*. After this experience we ate outside for the remainder of the stay.
The cleaning team were kind and meticulous.
The front of house staff were good and offered good service.
The property is beachfront.
Some of the pools are closed including the heated pools.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a foodie. There are fantastic restaurants outside the hotel in Haikou."

"Location is excellent, right infront of Qilou old street, easy access to all tourist attractions and Didi pick up at main road once the old street road is closed. Room is big and clean, except the door noise is not sound-proofing can hear voices if other stayers talked too loud, otherwise is very quiet.
Level 3 has a free sight-seeing balcony for all stayers."

"大大的給這家店一個大大的好評，並且以後衹要去機場肯定都預訂這裏，這家酒店比我之前住過的很多五星酒店更有人情味。
晚上由於延誤晚點快2小時，導致給女兒購買的無陪伴小童機票沒人去接，可能預留的我接機人電話也差點聯繫不上，在機場急死了，工作人員黃華特別負責任，當我跟他説明情況之後，他立刻安慰我讓我放心，他會安排去接…我們溝通了好久，整個過程非常耐心細心，一點也不覺得麻煩，讓我隔着1千多公里緊張不安的心才安穩，當時我在機場就跟家裡人説，幸好我預訂了這家酒店，要不然今天就完蛋了。
當時我女兒已經在飛機上了又聯繫不上，時間差可能她到機場了我又陰差陽錯在飛機上，到時候聯繫不上，這中間差2個小時咋搞…想想都覺得害怕。黃華接上我女兒之後又等我們到凌晨2點多，給他轉紅包也不肯收，讓我有點小小的不好意思。
並且這個酒店所有工作人員服務態度都超級好，早上沖早餐做餐的阿姨也是很耐心，一直問我們吃不吃的習慣，有什麼需要調整的，早上送我們去高鐵站的小姐姐也很熱情。整個過程體驗非常棒，推薦大家入住，我們出門在外選擇酒店，不就是希望能安心舒心嘛，這家酒店把人文關懷做到了極致！！👍👍👍點贊！！強烈推薦…"

HHewage FernandoThis is my third visit to this hotel in 2 months. And it has become my second home while I am in Haikou. Staff, especially at the front office reception, are friendly and professional, and above all, most of them speak good English too. Restaurants on the ground floor are second to none. And the gym is one of the best I have found in my travels.

UUtente ospiteHo deciso di estendere il mio soggiorno, perché tutto in questo hotel è fantastico! Il personale, la camera, le strutture, colazione ... I AMATO assolutamente le fonti calde, il bacino e il pesce! Grande vista dal balcone. Vorrei anche consigliare il ristorante giapponese sul sito - ho provato diversi tipi di sushi e complimenti al maestro sushi! Il ristorante occidentale era solo in ordine in confronto. Il sushi era davvero grande!
Voglio lodare il direttore del servizio Helsey Huang che è andato di sopra e di là per aiutare gli ospiti (grazie ancora per tutto!) e Daisy Xie che ha fatto il fantastico colazione. Se non fossi stato così gettato, avrei voluto mangiare tutta la mattina. Vorrei aver preso una foto delle molte scelte deliziose!
Posso anche pagare il massaggio di Ellen Wesherland. Sono andato da lei due volte - mi sentivo molto meglio dopo. Il bagno è enorme con diverse camere private con bagni e docce. Molto delizioso tè anche. E' appena fatto per un'atmosfera molto rilassante.
Un enorme plus è stato anche il bacino del pesce e le fonti calde/bagno. Era molto rilassante solo immergere in acqua per un po', guardando il fiume. L'intero giardino esterno è davvero bello, con hammocks e swing.
Vorrei anche ringraziare Benny Lu, che mi ha aiutato durante il checkout - apprezzo davvero la sua gentilezza. Se non avessi fatto i piani per andare a Sanya, sarei rimasto ancora più a lungo.
Inoltre, come nota laterale: tutto l'hotel puzza incredibile! Spero di poter rimanere ancora una volta. Sarei sicuramente ancora!

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. Yyo weoii_I love this hotel so muchhhh~ due to their exterior mordern design and despite having my parents who are too old to climb stairs, they gave us level 2 instead of level 4. So kind of the 帅哥哥, 哈哈~ cause they really don't have an elevator here. More like exercising with stairs, the hotel room was very spacious and they have the toiletries you need. same as my previous hotel, there were no fridge but is okay. There's also a shared laundry area, to dry, iron and more. There's hotel umbrella to use too! Checking out was cool, you get to self checkout! Area around the hotel is convenient, near to Haikou Train station! Plus buffet eatery in a few blocks. If you want to go for more eatery or shopping, you will need to call for a cab, or you may ask the staff to help call for a cab :) The staffs are very nice and one of the staff, wenwen she gave me some great locations to explore in Haikou. Thank you so much! Really appreciated! Plus they also provide Breakfast services, which includes with 1 set of 2 bread, 1 milk/soymilk, fruits. You can even ask them to send it to your room! And OMG they even have the ice cream MACHINE 😭😍 you get to do it yourself! I nailed it on my first try..😅 tasty vanilla ice cream! Area around hotel is cleanliness 🥰 they also have vending machine to get your coffee day started~ There's also a cafe that's opening soon, I really would like to try their coffee someday once is fully opened! Overall is a great vibe, chill place, good place for couples and friends/kids to hang out. Except it'll be abit hard for the elderly cause it's just stairs. Their Toilet is clean and spacious~ shower cubicle too~ their mirror is soo cool they have this touch on n off button on the mirror for the mirror light. And if you need help or services, feel free to add their wechat using the QR code while you're in your room and they'll help with whatever you need. It's soo high tech in this hotel. Would totally go for it again! haha

LLaura EI stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app).
The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use.
The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool.
I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.

AAnzeliВ целом впечатление от пребывания в апартаментах позитивное. Новый комплекс из зданий на берегу моря. Номер чистый, белоснежное белье, хозяева смогли разместить в небольшом помещении и стиральную машинку и маленький кухонный гарнитур. К сожалению есть нюансы, которые повлияли на оценку:
1. Так как комплекс новый, то без помощи хозяина не найти самому необходимый дом;
2. Регистрацию в полиции по прибытии необходимо сделать самостоятельно, а это возможно только при наличии вичата и китайского номера телефона;
3. Есть ошибка в описании отеля. Он находится не рядом с вокзалом, а в 20 километрах от него, на окраине города.
Если хозяева исправят все нюансы, то будет 5 из 5.
