I stayed at room 202 and the place does look like the renovation is not complete. Got exposed wires showing when entered in the living room area. And the light opposite of bath tub doesnt turn off, cant find the switch to turn off.

Has a good breakfast and the hot springs/swimming pool was nice. However it’s separate from the hotel and you get a one use ticket.

The rooms are spacious and clean, most important the beds are good size and quite comfortable. There is a pool next door with hot tub (natural) which was nice and enjoyable. We had a three stay as we were visiting family in Haikou, I can recommend the hotel.

The girl on reception was very friendly and cooperative. Nice location, many restaurants around. Big room with balcony, nice hotel.

It’s a decent hotel, I got lucky to get the front view, the service is good and the stuff as well, there was one particular security guard he was very welcoming. I was outside trying to take pictures and he tried to talk to me in English and even offered to take pictures of me. Bless his heart!

Great service and quick check in. Comfortable room with a good shower. Unfortunately had to pay an extra 20yuan to use the pool. Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

The rooms we had looked nothing like what was advertised. Mine smelt musty and smokey. The lady at reception bypassed me completely to talk to my Chinese friend rather than attempting to talk to me at all. Rude considering I paid, I feel!

酒店地理位置很好，在市區中心，門口🈶小吃一條街，有温泉，很舒服，步行日月廣場僅需15分鐘，有寬敞的露天停車場，前台服務很好，小蔣姐姐很熱情，幫忙介紹酒店附近的好玩地方，每次我都會來這裏，很喜歡

帶車上島第一天入住的海口韋豪温泉大酒店，坦白説酒店位置非常好，出門吃飯方便，去景點也都不遠，客房非常寬敞，就是設施有些老舊了，衞生情況一般，受颱風影響，院內樹木毀壞不少，早餐簡單了點，客房服務人員比較少。

酒店在海口市中心，離日月廣場免税店步行就五分鐘，購物非常方便，酒店有幾個天然的温泉池，試了一下，泡完非常的舒服。園林空間很大，住在這很愜意，以後出差就定點在這家寶藏酒店了。前台小姐姐的服務也很熱情，房間新，乾淨衞生。[強][強]
