房間蠻乾淨的，衞生情況不錯，服務特別好，到酒店較晚洗了一件衣服，晚間值班半夜幫忙拿去洗早晨早早拿下來了，服務很好。前台小晨認真負責，非常熱情，幫忙搬運行李，服務意識很好。總體來很滿意～接送機服務也很完善，很不錯。期待下次再來海南～

這家酒店的服務真的好到沒話説！凌晨到達機場，打電話給酒店，接機師傅很快就到了，態度特別親切。酒店環境優雅，大堂布置得很有格調。房間乾淨温馨，床墊軟硬適中。對面就是小吃街，晚上吃了一碗清補涼，太好吃了，在這短暫的停留，卻感受到了家一般的温暖，好評！

ติดจ่อโรงแรมผ่านแอปเห็นมีบริการรับส่งสนามบินแต่ติดต่อไม่ได้เลยให้คนจีนโทรจองรถให้สรุปไม่มี ที่บอกมีคืแรถรับส่งahuttle busจากสนามบินไปบริเวณรรที่อยู่ระแวกนั้นมีหลายรร ต้องติดต่อถามอินฟอร?เมชั่นที่สนามบินเองนะคะ

Бронировали на одну ночь, пересадка была 15 часов. Встретили в аэропорту все было отлично, всегда отвечали на все сообщения. Было одно но! Я забронировала комнату с окном, а мне дали кладовку. Девушка утверждала что дала мне даже комнату лучше чем я забронировала. Проходя по коридору Я нашла комнату в которой должна была жить, она находится прямо напротив лифта, с окном и стол как на фото. Обратно мы доехали на каком-то бесплатном автобусе, девушка на ресепшене помогла на него сесть. Рядом много кафе где можно поесть и магазинов.

Великолепный отель, с очень красивой, большой, зеленой территорией.Каждый день гуляли и восхищались видами, слушали пение птиц, чувствовали себя как в тропическом саду.Очень приветливый, доброжелательный персонал.Быстро реагировал на наши многочисленные вопросы и запросы.Помогал во всем.Общались через переводчик.Красивые, большие номера.Нам было очень комфортно.Наше пребывание в отеле совпало с Днем Рождения.Получили в подарок от отеля очень вкусный торт.Было очень приятно.Отель рекомендуем.Мы остались в восторге.Не хотелось уезжать.
