Rispetto a un nuovo hotel, la porta è un tram stradale, più conveniente.Tutti i vecchi e i vecchi sono troppo raramente visti i giovani, non so perche'. Con un bambino, è stato detto che non poteva vivere in camera doppia, doveva prenotare una casa di famiglia, non c'era nessuno nel mondo, e non c'era un problema meraviglioso in altre città olandesi la notte scorsa. Il letto è piccolo da un letto. Non so se c'è una larghezza di 90 cm. Il letto è quasi larghezza del letto. Non è coperto.Dato che questa cosiddetta camera doppia non può portare bambini, e il letto super piccolo, l'impressione di questa catena di hotel è notevolmente diminuita.Parcheggio 21.5 Un giorno in Europa, il parcheggio è costoso ovunque a La Haya.

Room (upgrade received as HHonors Diamond member) was very clean and spacious as was the hotel and corridors in general. Executive lounge has a nice terrace and offered a very good variety of food during happy hour. Breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality. The breakfast room can be very busy but guests can also use additional seating in the adjacent bar, so this is not a problem. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the Binnenhof. Overall one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed so far.

Gli hotel sono incredibilmente costosi in La Haga, abbiamo fatto il migliore ovest, conosciuto lo standard. La stanza era molto piccola. Il bacino era fuori dal bagno - molto strano. Quindi avete 2 casse di rifiuti nella stanza e nessuno nella stanza. Il letto era eccellente. Le mutandine piccole ma più grandi sono state fornite su richiesta. La doccia era davvero buona e così anche le tovalette. Grande di avere un parcheggio in loco a un prezzo ragionevole. I taxi locali erano sorprendentemente economici!

We had a great stay at Des Indes. Already before we came we had to change the date because of unforeseen personal circumstances. This was done without any problem. When we arrived we were recognized by the concierge as we stayed before. Impressive. Also at the reception the lady who changed the reservation came to ask how things are. The hotel has a very good atmosphere and the room was clean and had a wonderful bed. There was also a bottle of complementary Cava in the room. In the morning there was a very nice breakfast where you can take from the buffet, but also some menu options are available. We felt treated special by the staff of the Des Indes hotel and enjoyed our stay. Next time when we visit The Hague we will for sure go back to this hotel.

È un hotel molto bello, situato nel centro della città. Bello design, le camere sono piacevoli. Il colazione è buona. Chi viene con una macchina è consigliato di non parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotto l'hotel, perché è costoso. Abbiamo campato in un parcheggio a pochi passi (dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio dell'hotel) sulla Geest Street 1. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meno piacevole, nostra figlia si sentiva malata, e non avevano idea di dove rivolgerci e siamo stati anche inviati all'emergenza che si è rivelato essere chiusi per tre anni. Quindi solo salute, e godere.

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
