Sono venuto all' Aja per un convegno e ho soggiornato allo Student Hotel. I prezzi in generale in Olanda in questo periodo, che è quello della fioritura dei tulipani, sono molto alti (se si paragonano all'Italia)... C'è però da dire che allo student hotel il personale è stato gentilissimo e super professionale. ottima anche la qualità del breakfast, e direi che è molto bello vedere che ci sono aree per giocare sia nel cortile che all'interno dove biliardo, calcetto, ping pong aiutano anche ad aspettare la fine delle lavatrici (sempre a disposizione)

Amazing hotel in the very nice place of the city center - in the calm and green area. The hotel has a very nice design, very stylish and a very important - everything is fresh and new. It is as nice as on the photos. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. I tried only breakfast - the food was of a good quality

Albergo centrale in palazzo storico, raggiunto a piedi dalla stazione centrale, vicino ai punti di interesse della citta', in 5 giorni ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati nei pressi. Personale disponibile, pulizia in camera e negli spazi comuni, colazione abbastanza varia per il salato, forse pochi dolci per chi come me li ama ma onestamente non ne faccio una critica...la stanza doppia obiettivamente era piccola, ben arredata e con gli spazi sfruttati al massimo ma piccola. Mia figlia ed io siamo estremamente ordinate e siamo riuscite a trovare ”una quadra” per cosi' dire ma certamente per persone anche semplicemente meno attente di noi soggiornare in due in quell ambiente sarebbe stato difficile. Forse a mio avviso sarebbe opportuno segnalare agli ospiti le ridotte dimensioni lasciando poi a loro la possibilita' di valutare anche una scelta di alloggio superiore. Personalmente ritornerei perche noi siamo state bene ma se dovessi prenotare per la prima volta forse gradirei essere informata.

Posizionato proprio nel centro storico, in zona pedonale, l'hotel Paleis è una graziosa struttura ospitata in un palazzo d'epoca. Il servizio è garantito solo in alcuni orari e non c'è un ristorante interno. la colazione si può fare in alcuni locali a pochi passi dall'hotel ma bisogna comunicare alla reception quale locale, quale menu e quale orario si preferisce; un po' complicato, infatti nel nostro caso c'è stato un piccolo disguido. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio privato a pochissimi metri il che è comodissimo se si arriva in auto. La visita della città è facilissima visto che si è letteralmente a due passi da tutto. Le stanze sono un po' piccole e la nostra non aveva l'aria condizionata (sostituita da un ventilatore). Forse serviva anche qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione.

Mi ha capito con un falso nome inglese e una piccola differenza. Quando ho affrontato i problemi di caina che non potevo funzionare normalmente, ha immediatamente cambiato la carta e mi ha dato una risposta molto amichevole.Un po'freddo, perché la stanza è sola, l'aria condizionata non funziona, ma non c'è troppo problema.

Il personale alla reception non è affatto all'altezza, non ha la minima capacità di interagire con il cliente, più che risolvere problemi ne crea. Io non parlo correttamente inglese e per nulla olandese, ma parlo correttamente tedesco e francese oltre che ovviamente italiano, viaggio normalmente in tutt'Europa, ebbene qui è stato complicatissimo intendersi con il personale addetto alla reception.

Hotel was clean and modern and the staff on the front desk were outstanding and very helpful, especially the two ladies on duty. They helped me with taxi issues and I am truly thankful. Will definitely return for another stay because of the staff.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor that looked out on the back of the hotel. The room was large, with an eating area, full kitchen (microwave/oven, stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, dishes & glassware, flatware, cooking utensils and pans, and cleaning supplies and kitchen towels). The bathroom had a lovely shower and sink with a smart mirror, and there was a separate WC with sink. The bedroom was a bit odd, with a door on each side of the bed, with the head and foot of the bed touching walls, so that you had to go out into the living area to walk around the bed, but the bed was very comfortable. There was a work desk in the bedroom by the window, as well. Plenty of storage in an armoire. There were large windows in the bedroom and living area looking out on a car park with trees behind it, so not a terrible view. The location was fantastic, right by a tram stop, a 10-minute walk from where I was having business meetings, about a 15 minute walk to Den Haag Centraal train station, and a block or two from shopping and restaurants on Deneweg and Frederikstraat. My only complaint was that the walls are a bit thin and other guests were pretty loud during the wee hours of the morning, which made it hard to get back to sleep after waking from a bit of jet lag. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Yays and would stay here again.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati con la nostra famiglia di quattro persone, inclusi due giovani (6, 2). L'unità era arredata di recente e ben strutturata, fornendo una chiara separazione tra i letti in un formato in stile loft. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti base. In gran parte self-service, ma è disponibile un servizio di reception durante il normale orario lavorativo dal lunedì al sabato. Ottima posizione su Kaizerstraat a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è nelle vicinanze: supermercato Albert Heijn, tram/autobus e molti negozi/ristoranti. Alcuni locali di spicco per famiglie: servizio di lavanderia Stormerij, Arawann Thai, caffè Chiva, Studio, ristorante Hart Beach, ristorante Patagonia Beach, acquario Sealife e zoo/parco giochi Stadsborderij 't Waaygat.

LLLa posizione è grande, vicino al centro e al museo, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina per uscire.
Pensavo ci fosse un ristorante in hotel dalle foto, ma in effetti solo una zona da pranzo insieme alla zona del desk front, che offre solo colazione.
La grande stanza, il letto e il bagno sono puliti, la cucina è anche buona se si vuole cucinare, più sentimenti di casa per rimanere qui, ma il divano nella mia stanza aveva delle tinture.
La stanza è anche molto tranquilla (non c'è rumore dall'esterno), si sente anche al sicuro come un viaggiatore solitario. Inizialmente pensava che il lavatrice fosse dentro la mia stanza, ma sono tutti nella sala lavatrice e asciugatrice, fino a 24 ore aperta, IVA nessuna polvere di lavaggio se dovete portare o acquistare.
In generale non è un cattivo soggiorno con questa posizione e dimensione della camera , forse non il migliore ma vale ancora il prezzo

UUtente ospiteIt took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Il personale parla semi olandese, ma offre un grande hotel pulito e tempestivo. Viaggiato per affari, buona posizione. Il mare è proprio intorno all'angolo. Le foto sembrano la stessa realtà, quindi non includerò le foto nella mia recensione.

+ Very close to beach but still quiet, you only hear doors opening but no sound from the street. The lady checking me was super friendly and warm. Great value deal for Scheveningen. - The air circulation system is loud, if you turn it off then you get smells in your room of other toilets and smokers outside. This is inconvenient seeing as you can't open the windows. Also, cleaning could be better, the remote and TV were sticky and there was dust in certain corners.

UUtente ospiteGli hotel sono incredibilmente costosi in La Haga, abbiamo fatto il migliore ovest, conosciuto lo standard. La stanza era molto piccola. Il bacino era fuori dal bagno - molto strano. Quindi avete 2 casse di rifiuti nella stanza e nessuno nella stanza. Il letto era eccellente. Le mutandine piccole ma più grandi sono state fornite su richiesta. La doccia era davvero buona e così anche le tovalette. Grande di avere un parcheggio in loco a un prezzo ragionevole. I taxi locali erano sorprendentemente economici!

DduguguirenForse non è autunno, non c'è problema di entrare prima di una prenotazione per ore.Il luogo non è molto grande, le opere sono più dense, e non ci sono opere particolarmente grandi.Oltre alle ricchezze dei terreni terrestri che devono essere viste, molte dipinte valgono un sapore dettagliato, molto valgono la pena.
