前台氛圍挺温馨，門口就是一個公交車站，離中央火車站也不遠，走到唐人街也很近。房間比較小，衞生間的淋浴區域沒有有效防水帶，一直滲出來，總體來説還可以，不過沒有拖鞋熱水壺和牙刷等用具

預訂房型和實際入住不符 ，圖一預訂的有窗户，街景房。圖二實際入住的，只有天窗。跟前台交涉説只有這個房間沒別的了。不明白提前付款不得取消，不得退款預訂的意義何在？12歐的到店付城市税，變成了27歐，好在攜程客服及時安排了補償 。酒店前台態度惡劣，設施陳舊 ，門禁卡無法正常工作，不得不每次進出如前台鑰匙開門 。前台態度惡劣，罵罵咧咧，行為粗魯出口罵人，雖然用的英語，以為我聽不懂嗎？！ 預訂酒店的慎入！

房間非常不錯，很乾凈很大而且很簡約，是來荷蘭住的比較不錯而且性價比極高的酒店，一樓的大堂裝修非常藝術，像是一個美術館的接待室。樓下的接待小哥很熱情，聽説我來這裏過生日還送給了我木質刀叉可以吃蛋糕😊

Leuke hotel we zijn 1nacht gebleven voor een festival (zuiderpark) ideale plek met tram 9 voor de deur 5haltes bn je er. ook op loopafstand naar denhaag centraal wij hebben er lekker geslapen zeker een aanrader.

首先很安全，進樓需要刷卡，而且有兩個門禁。其次，出門就是電車站特別方便，早上可以坐1號線去海邊。離唐人街很近。前台也很熱情。

Excellent Hotel. Réception top. Et chambre très calme ..a refaire, on a beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel pour la qualité au niveau du service et de la chambre très spacieux. Et très propres. En plus d ans le centre de Den Haag .
