Hotel in zona Bibliotheek Den Haag, Hague

Fantastico bello hotel negozio vicino al centro. Tram ferma davanti alla porta. Lady della reception è andata con noi nella stanza per spiegare. Per sorpresa c'era un pub irlandese all'hotel, là era un bel po'. Anche lì il personale era molto gentile. Buona colazione, top igiene. Questo hotel sicuramente sarà sulla nostra lista preferita. Eravamo solo due notti, ma sicuramente avremmo voluto rimanere qui per un po'.

È un hotel molto bello, situato nel centro della città. Bello design, le camere sono piacevoli. Il colazione è buona. Chi viene con una macchina è consigliato di non parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotto l'hotel, perché è costoso. Abbiamo campato in un parcheggio a pochi passi (dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio dell'hotel) sulla Geest Street 1. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meno piacevole, nostra figlia si sentiva malata, e non avevano idea di dove rivolgerci e siamo stati anche inviati all'emergenza che si è rivelato essere chiusi per tre anni. Quindi solo salute, e godere.

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

We had a great stay at Des Indes. Already before we came we had to change the date because of unforeseen personal circumstances. This was done without any problem. When we arrived we were recognized by the concierge as we stayed before. Impressive. Also at the reception the lady who changed the reservation came to ask how things are. The hotel has a very good atmosphere and the room was clean and had a wonderful bed. There was also a bottle of complementary Cava in the room. In the morning there was a very nice breakfast where you can take from the buffet, but also some menu options are available. We felt treated special by the staff of the Des Indes hotel and enjoyed our stay. Next time when we visit The Hague we will for sure go back to this hotel.

L'hotel era molto pulito, servizio sorprendente (il mio marito era malato con l'influenza e dobbiamo cambiare i nostri vestiti da letto e loro dove molto veloce). A proposito della posizione, la stazione ferroviaria è vicina e la stazione ferroviaria, ma è circa un'ora da Amsterdam centrale. A proposito delle strutture, è stato molto bello se l'hotel dispone di un bagno con una sauna e una stanza a vapore.

Wir sind ganz spontan (einen Tag vorher gebucht) in den Niederlanden angekommen und zusammen mit unserem Hund eingecheckt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und im Zimmer stand schon eine Hundeschale mit Ball und Leckerlies bereit. -Ach so, wir waren im Erdgeschoss im Altbau untergebracht. Die Zimmergröße war ok. Allerdings fehlt jegliche Ablagefläche für einen Koffer und einen Schrank gab es auch nicht, lediglich ein offenes Regal mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich 2 Haken für Handtücher und leider gab es im Bad auch keine Heizung....das war ordentlich kalt. Leider waren auch Flecken in der Bettwäsche vorhanden, ich vermute mal, die sind bei der Wäsche nicht rausgegangen...nicht schön. Die Betten sind nicht gerade bequem, aber wir sind ansonsten Wasserbettschläfer, denke da sind wir verwöhnt. Der Außenbereich war etwas ”schrammelig”, die Leihfahrräder lagen mehr oder weniger vor der Tür im Dreck. -Eigentlich alles Sachen, die man mit sehr wenig Aufwand etwas ansprechender gestalten könnte. Ja, ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen, es ist sehr hellhörig. Unschlagbar ist aber die Lage, ca. 100 m und da ist man schon am Strand und zum Pier sind es vielleicht 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. -Aber hey, wir haben für 2 Nächte 180 € gezahlt und ich denke, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich will nicht groß meckern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren auswärts frühstücken. Da wir zum Glück Superwetter hatten und sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen da waren, war es für mich echt ok und konnte damit leben. -Ich denke, es ist wirklich nur was für Leute, die nur kurz da bleiben wollen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum ist das Hotel leider ungeeignet.

I reserved a hotel with bath inside the room. When we arrived it was farely busy in the hotel due to the check in times. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and were told we got upgraded to a wellness room with a sauna. We took a walk along the beach which is litteraly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed a nice jacuzzi and sauna the rest of the evening. With a stunning view along the beach and city. Yes it was pricey! And parking in front of the hotel is 25€ per day or 6,50€ per hour which is really expensive (the hotel cant do anything about the parking fees because of the government, but maybe public transport is an option for you) Pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. And dont forget you get access to their own wellness included with your room!

Goed gelegen modern hotel, goed gelegen bij de snelweg naar Den Haag. Ruime receptie met leuk personeel, altijd vriendelijk. Onze kamer was op de zevende verdieping met mooi uitzicht op de skyline van Den Haag. De kamer is ruim en netjes, goede bedden, mooi badkamer met ruime inloopdouche. Maar alles super schoon. Koffie machine op de kamer, heerlijke koffie en als je wilt krijg je extra cupjes bij de receptie. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen en als ik dan een heel klein minpuntje wil vermelden dan is het een fietsenstalling of rek. Nu is er bij het hotel niets en staan en liggen er fietsen, wel kan je je fiets bij het naastgelegen ****** parkeren of bij de doe Hornbach. Een fietsen rek is geen overbodige luxe, verder is het echt een aanrader en wij zullen er vaker komen in de toekomst.

La posizione è nel centro, tutte le attrazioni sono intorno. Il signore della reception è molto buono. Ti spiegherà tutto quello che vuoi sapere, e ti consiglierà a tutti gli amici nei Paesi Bassi!

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
