Hotel con palestra a Contea di Orange

Vorrei ringraziare il personale del front desk per l'eccellente servizio clienti, soprattutto Nike, Marilyn e il direttore aggiunto, credo che il suo nome sia Tommy. Nike ci ha aiutato con le nostre questioni di stampa che ci hanno aiutato in modo enorme a prepararci all’evento della nostra associazione il giorno successivo. Tommy, mi ha aiutato a raccogliere le mie cose quando mi sono trasferito in un altro locale il giorno dopo a causa di un allarme che non si spegnerebbe. Questa è l’unica esperienza negativa del mio soggiorno. C’era un pozzo di fuoco alle 3:00. La luce di flash non si è spenta dopo che il suono è stato spenta. La gente di manutenzione ha dovuto lavorare al problema, quindi sono stata trasferita in un'altra stanza. L'assistenza di Tommy durante il movimento è molto apprezzata.

My first impression walking into the lobby, many people eating outside food and drinking in front of the front desk. Overall seems like the carpet in the hallway is new install, room is clean but the sofa is a little bit old, bathroom towel can be upgrade to better quality, body wash gel is empty, coffee machine seems like a long time nobody used kinda dirty.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

Ottimo soggiorno di una settimana! Sono arrivato per un convegno e ho aggiunto un po' di tempo a Disneyland. A pochi passi dal Convention Center, da numerosi ristoranti, da Disneyland e dal parcheggio/servizio navetta di Toy Story per Disneyland. Vista sui fuochi d'artificio dal balcone. Personale disponibile. L'acqua del rubinetto locale non ha un sapore di mio gradimento, ma il distributore d'acqua in bottiglia in palestra ha funzionato bene.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il Parco Disney. Non ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni, ma posso ordinare online. Il fattorino può consegnarti il ​​cibo direttamente a casa. L'acqua in bottiglia è gratuita solo per i soci dell'hotel.

Posizione: di fronte c'è una fermata dell'autobus che porta a Disneyland. Il pass per 1 giorno per adulto costa 6 USD. Un po' di cibo in giro per l'hotel. Camera: la dimensione è buona per 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini. 2 vasche da bagno nella toilette. Buono per la famiglia. Il rumore dell'aria condizionata è un po' rumoroso. Altrimenti va tutto bene Colazione: non molta scelta ma abbastanza buona. I bambini adorano fare i waffle a forma di Topolino. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo per noi.

Location is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
