Still the Absolute Best Choice in Vientiane I loved my first stay at Ji Hotel Vientiane Mekong Riverside so much that I had to come back—and I am happy to report that it is just as perfect the second time around! Returning to a hotel can sometimes be risky, but Ji Hotel continues to deliver top-tier quality across the board. Consistent Excellence The staff welcomed me back with the same incredible kindness and warmth that stood out during my first visit. The hospitality here is genuinely unmatched. The Perfect Room: Once again, my room is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. Falling asleep in the incredibly comfortable bed and waking up to those panoramic views of the Mekong River from the private balcony never gets old. Unbeatable Value & Amenities: Between the gorgeous rooftop pool, the fantastic fitness center, and the ultra-convenient self-service laundry, you simply cannot beat what you get for the price. It remains an absolute steal. If you are visiting Vientiane, don't look anywhere else. My repeat stay confirms it: Ji Hotel is consistent, beautiful, and the best value in the city. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

We are a family of 3 staying in 1 room and had a great time. The service was impeccable, staff were always polite, helpful, willing to help and always went over the top for us. Special shout out to Aiy, and the duty supervisor whom we didn't get the name of. The restaurant service at Origin was amazing. We want to give a special mention to May, Kitty and Zaiy who've helped us with organizing vegetarian food and going & beyond to make us feel so special! 10/10 would recommend to those looking for a centrally located hotel and are keen to indulge themselves a bit.

I recently stayed at Souphattra Hotel in Vientiane during the Songkran festival for my birthday, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is newly opened and the property feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Its central location makes it very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are of a decent size and come well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making the stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was decent, while not very extensive, it was sufficient and satisfying. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the pool area, which is well done and enjoyable. I also particularly liked the rooftop bar; it has a great vibe and was a nice place to unwind. The staff deserve special mention, they were well-trained, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The only slight disappointment was regarding my birthday. I had informed the hotel in advance via email that I would be celebrating it during my stay. While I understand not all hotels go out of their way for such occasions, many properties usually acknowledge it in some small way, so I did feel it was missed here. That said, everything else was top-notch, and I would still recommend the hotel for a comfortable and well-located stay in Vientiane.

Durante la mia visita a Vientiane, sono rimasto all'Hotel Settha Palace, e in generale, è stata una decente esperienza con una miscela di posizioni e aree per il miglioramento. La posizione dell'hotel è certamente una delle sue più grandi forze. È proprio nel mezzo di tutto, vicino al fiume e in una facile raggiungimento delle principali aree di celebrazione Songkran, che rendevano molto conveniente il giro. La proprietà stessa ha un fascino coloniale lao-francese, ma è un hotel più vecchio, ma è mantenuto in buona salute e mantiene un certo carattere classico. Il personale era eccellente, professionale, amichevole e sempre disposto a assistere, che ha aggiunto positivamente al soggiorno. La camera era un po' deludente, mentre il minibar era ben conservato, mancavano le strutture di base, non erano nemmeno essenziali come un tovagliolo o lo shampoo, che era sorprendente per un hotel di questa categoria. Ci sono stati anche alcuni problemi di manutenzione: il bagno aveva tubi di scarico, e il condizionamento d’aria non funzionava inizialmente, anche se al loro credito, inviarono immediatamente un tecnico per ripararlo. La zona della piscina è visivamente piacevole, circondata da un'ampia vibrazione, che le dà una vibrazione rilassante, il che significa che ci sono pochi grogghi intorno alla piscina, che sono diventati un po' irritanti. Mentre personalmente non mi interessava, alcuni altri ospiti, soprattutto i viaggiatori europei, erano chiaramente incomodi. In generale, è una buona proprietà con grande posizione e forte potenziale, ma potrebbe migliorare significativamente con una migliore manutenzione della stanza e l'attenzione alle strutture degli ospiti.

L'hotel è personalizzato in cinese. Ho controllato l'hotel e era una stanza di fumo. Ho chiesto di cambiare la non fumo e hanno detto che devo pagare un extra. Il canale TV è tutto in cinese. Le strutture fitness non sono buone.

L'interno e l'esterno sono puliti. C'è anche una piscina. La colazione fornita dall'hotel è buona. L'albergatore è gentile. La posizione è un po' scomoda perché bisogna prendere un taxi per circa 10 minuti per arrivarci. Tuttavia, se è sera, il ritorno in hotel può richiedere 20-30 minuti a piedi. D'altro canto è relativamente vantaggioso andare al campo da golf. La vista verso il fiume Mekong dal 16° piano dell'hotel era bella. Tuttavia, quando sono rimasto, l'ascensore non si muoveva su e giù in modo fluido, quindi era un po' instabile. La mancanza di veranda era scomoda per i fumatori.

This hotel 🏨 in Vientiane has great rooms vs. affordable prices per night. Internet access us available, however, outdated. So best is, having a l9cal sim-card hotspot-connected to your e.g. laptop to wirk, surf or just listening to music. The staff is very supportive, speaks a bit English but mainly, Laotian, Thai and Chinese language. The swimming pool is ok, unfortunately, the gym was closed (under repair).. In general, good service-value ratio.

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

La stanza era pulita, ma il resto non trovava gel da bagno, ma era molto lontano dalla stazione di bus Talad Sao se volevi camminare, ma era chiusa con il magazzino del Grande C dipartimento.
