PERECT location, literally a tunnel from the metro station to the hotel (best you ask the hotel which exit it is so you can avoid going up the ground floor). It was such a treat, like it's your secret tunnel. Love that it has a gym, and the free sake and Photo Booth was fun! V clean room, better you pay a bit more for the slightly bigger double room.

Room is much spacious than lots of rooms in Japan. Location is great only 10min walk from Hakata station. They also have a public hot spring for hotel guests so there isn’t a bath tub in the room. 7-11 is across the street and they also have a hotel car park allow guest in and out for 1500yen a day.

Swimming pool is great, even has swim cap and googles for you to borrow. Breakfast restaurant has a good spread and has mentaiko toast! the smoothie fridge is nice with ingredients in the smoothie presented.
In the room, overall it's nice, but small details that made a difference for me was [1] not enough places to hang towels or clothes in bathroom (ex. having more hooks on the wall), and [2] the chair at the writing desk is VERY heavy, and I'm pretty strong, but it feels like it is bolted to the floor.

A forest themed newly built hotel, every things well cleaned, very new and well designed. The rooms are big in Japanese standard, in which I mean you can easily open 2 large suit case and still manoeuvre around the room with ease. They offer multiple breakfast option, go for the buffet one, it’s better. They also give travellers tokens where it can be exchanged to drinks and snacks in the bar.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the onsen, it is very modern and I encourage everyone visiting this hotel to try it out, there is also a resting area outside the onsen where coffee and ice sticks are being offered.

Firstly location is not convenient to hang around the city area.
But pros is so obvious and undeniable. It's quite far from famous spots but exceptionally cozy and quiet and hotel room is spacious enough comparing to another hotels.
You can take a stroll to Momochi beach on foot from hotel easily.
If you are good at walking, I don't think you can't go to subway station on foot. Yes, takes some time but you can feel relaxing on the way to station.
cons is one thing. Indoor swimming pool is not good for swimmer, it's 3 lanes only and always occupied by lessons or seniors who is just walking around in the water.
Just next to hotel is baseball stadium, if you are a big fan of baseball, you can't miss Japanese pro baseball game there.
It's unforgettable memory to kids and family, I m sure.

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

I would like to thank the hotel staff who helped me with retrieving my mobile phone which slipped out of my back pocket and was left in the taxi. I think most places outside of Japan, I would have lost my phone. I have so much respect for the culture and beliefs of the Japanese people. The passenger that followed my taxi trip, the taxi driver and the hotel staff all made it possible for me to retrieve my phone and also will not take any token of gratitude that I wanted to pay. I really cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

UUtente ospiteAn excellent example of Japanese hospitality. Location is great across the road from the Hakata station connected conveniently via the basement 1 underpass. Though if you need to use a wheelchair and weather permits its more efficient to cross tge surface road as the lift is small and no priority for wheelchair users so you will compete with travellers with their bags. The restaurant at the level 13 is worth a visit if you do not want to check out the multitudes of options in the Hakata station

Zzh3usIn questo momento abbiamo avuto un servizio impecabile da parte del team di servizio, che, utilizzandoli come piattaforma per viaggiare in tutto Kyushu, abbiamo lasciato un po' di bagagli con loro mentre siamo andati via. Sono stati abbastanza gentili da tenerci il bagaglio dopo aver convalidato che abbiamo post-reservazione.
Il pasticceria del colazione è stato 10/10 il migliore mai, hanno un costoso tostapane Balmuda che permette al tuo pasticceria di essere fluffy mentre spruzzato e hanno una distribuzione di pasticceria di stile giapponese, che comprende piccole placche tra cui Mentaiko e Salmon Tartare.
La posizione è vicina alla stazione Hakata, ci mette circa 12 minuti a piedi per arrivare. Al contrario è il FUK Coffee, serve fantastico caffè espresso e proprio in fondo alla strada a sinistra è un supermercato AEON MAX VALUE 24 ore con bento, sushi, alcol e sashimi disponibili a buon mercato. Il movimento più a sinistra è una strada di shopping con Daiso e altre strutture.
Devo dire che in generale, i bagni pubblici di Dormy Inn – le strutture onsen sono di prima vista, non si chiudono dopo mezzanotte (diversa dalla sauna), la testa del doccia è $300 in prezzo da Refa e le loro tappeti di miscelatore d'acqua calda non sono premute per uso, ma quelle Il bagno pubblico è fantastico 10/10.
La nostra notte scorsa, Super Typhon Kong-Rey era nella zona e abbiamo avuto una grande pioggia. Dormy Inn ci ha prestato ombrelle e è stata la prima volta che abbiamo visto che molti degli ospiti hanno deciso di rimanere e non uscire. Il bagno pubblico era pieno e il freece cream era quasi sparito! Le noduli gratuite da 2130 – 2300 erano così piene che uscivano dalle noduli e erano abbastanza carine da dare all'ospite che ha perso le versioni istantanee in modo che non dovessero lasciare l'hotel in pioggia.
In generale, mi sembra che meritino 5 stelle, ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno e desiderare al personale tutto il meglio e grazie per il servizio!

UUtente ospiteThis is my second time here. This time we booked a triple room. Room is huge. It’s so spacious we can lay down 4 big luggages on the floor. We have the corner room for 3 with 3 single beds, the bathroom and toilet are separate. Electric bidet is a standard . There are 2 big lavatories. Toiletries are complete, with make up remover, moisturizer, etc.
Breakfast food is extravagant! They serve wagyu beef A-4, freshly cooked. We love everything in the buffet spread. Mentaiko, the good quality fermented butter, the bread, fresh vegetables, beef curry, yogurt, ramen.
Location is good, few minutes walk to tenjin and canal city. Hakata station is a bit farther but also walkable. Subway station and supermarket is a few meters away. We bought some juicy peaches and cheese in the supermarket.

AAbe SiargaoWe enjoy the Tokyu Stay chain of hotels in Japan for their simplicity and good selection of useful amenities inside and outside the rooms such as ensuite washer dryer combos and good free coffee at the lobby etc.
This is not a luxury hotel by no means, but they are affordable and are usually located in great down town areas.

UUtente ospiteSono attratto da questa posizione, dall'aeroporto di Fugo alla stazione di Bodo, c'è due stazioni sulla linea dell'aeroporto di metropolitana, da Bodo alla stazione di metropolitana all'hotel per circa due minuti a piedi.Questa volta, voglio andare a Bodo e a Shangkou County, quindi questa è una comoda casa. Le strutture sono le strutture necessarie dall'angolo davanti alla reception. Dal punto di vista ambientale, penso che sia un buon tentativo.Voglio rimanere qui di nuovo.Grazie mille.

UUtente ospiteSe stai cercando una scelta economica è perfetto. Tutto era super pulito, grande aria condizionata e un accogliente spazio per soggiornare. Potrebbe essere un ostello / hotel Capsule ma è sicuramente una versione premium. Grande per soggiorni brevi.

IiReneOngIs my first time booked capsule accommodation, good experience only light sleeper need to think twice while stay very much is self service, it was clean, hygiene, well amities provided, you just need pull your luggage & stay in!
First Accommodation location is at a extremely hood location, surrounding few convenient shops (Lawson, 7-11 etc… ) is only less than 3 min walk from Hakata station, super convenient! One more add point, surrounding 2-10min to a few online recommended restaurants!

Shower curtain has a funny smell when it is not dried out after shower. Hotel does not provide extra key.

PPt LamLa posizione è buona vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Gion. La cucina è pulita e confortevole. La possibilità di colazione è un buono per un ristorante lungo la strada.
Abbiamo trovato il mancato servizio perché il desk front non è utile quando abbiamo chiesto consigli sui ristoranti vicini. il personale ci ha semplicemente puntato sulla mappa. quando ho chiesto se potessero aiutare la società di noleggio auto per confermare la mia prenotazione il giorno dopo, Hanno detto che non potevano farlo e mi hanno chiesto di usare un telefono pubblico.
