Hotel con palestra a Benidorm

Woww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view. The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth. I am 100% recommended this hotel

Devo alzarsi presto e uscire per pulire la tua stanza, come è finita alle 12... c'erano 3 notti e la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Una sera c'era un crawl di canestro sul pavimento. Anche il colazione è finita alle 10.30 o così e il posto è chiuso alle 10.45. È un peccato, perché il personale era in generale bello, ma dovrebbe essere meglio per le camere pulite. La posizione laterale è buona, le camere.moderna e decente piscina.

Absolutamente amava il nostro soggiorno! La posizione era invincibile diretta nel cuore di tutto. Le camere erano spaziose, bellissimi, e senza spot. Ciò che ha fatto davvero l'esperienza eccezionale, tuttavia, è stato il serviziotutto il personale è stato incredibilmente attento e ha lasciato il loro modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Molto consigliato!

Non posso esprimere abbastanza quanto il personale fosse carino, la posizione perfetta e molto pulita. Il ricevitore era sorprendente, non posso ringraziarlo abbastanza per il suo nome era capo, e che superstar mi ha aiutato tanto che ho bisogno di tornare e dargli un regalo, dovrebbe avere un sollievo con tutto quello che fa. Che uomo sorprendente grazie tante.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

La posizione dell'hotel è grande e la camera è molto comoda. Tuttavia, al check-in, mi è stato assegnato una stanza con un'unità di condizionamento d'aria malfunzionata. Ho chiesto immediatamente la manutenzione, ma non hanno mandato un tecnico. Dopo molte chiamate al ricevitore, finalmente hanno accettato di cambiare la mia stanza, ma il loro atteggiamento era piuttosto sgradevole. Dal lato positivo, il buffet del colazione offre una vasta gamma di opzioni.

L'hotel è stato molto buono in generale - camere pulite, spaziose, personale utile e amichevole. Colazione in generale molto buona con grande varietà, per noi e per molti altri come noi, che non mangiano maiale, per esempio, le nostre opzioni erano limitate e l'hotel potrebbe forse considerare di aggiungere alternative per ospitare coloro che hanno un diverso dieta - Una volta che il Consiglio ha adottato una decisione, la Commissione può decidere di non applicare il paragrafo 2.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana fantastico in questo hotel e, naturalmente, a Benidorm. Anche se lo conoscevamo, non ci sorprende mai. L'hotel molto piacevole, anche se avremmo voluto essere in un piano più alto e con una migliore vista. Vediamo se la prossima volta ce l'abbiamo fatta, perché vorrei tornare. Il buffet del colazione ci è sembrato molto vario e abbondante. Infine, un soggiorno con tutto quello che si aspetta e altro.

Great location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner. It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room. The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.
