Ottimo posto dove stare, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, il cibo è molto buono? Mi fermerei di nuovo qui.

Room was large, in the annexe, we were 3 people in 1 room. Lovely large balcony. Food could have been warmer but microwave available to reheat. Plenty of choice. Hotel clean. Entertainment each night was ok, we danced the night away most nights. About 20 minute walk from Old Town. Staff were lovely, helpful and professional. Pay for safety box and refundable deposit for pool towel. We were all pleasantly surprised. Would have given a 4.5 star rating.

Third time here. Would not go anywhere else. Fantastic hotel and staff. I am vegetarian and the food was lovely. Should be a five star hotel. My friend has mobility problems and they go out of their way to make sure we get suitable accomodation. Spotless clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Entertainment is good.

Travelled with partner for 1 week and wanted adults only, exceptionally clean and staff were great, went B&B option, breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, omelettes freshly made, no queues and went at different times, runs until 10.30 am, room was immaculate, modern and spacious, not sure why there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven yet no cutlery, crockery or equipment, cupboards are empty but we wasn’t bothered, there was a kettle and able to replenish freely from the coffee bar downstairs, three lovely pools to choose from though cold water so be prepared… plenty of sun loggers and shaded day beds …. offering of games around one of the pools, played killer pool and was great fun… 10 min walk to centre and beach so well located and quiet, not too far yet no interference from the party animals, for those all inclusive there are help yourself pumps to beer and soft drinks outside, staff were very pleasant, we have no complaints and would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel, well placed and friendly staff. TUI reps are very approachable and plenty to do whilst your here, pool is a little on the cold side but there is an indoor pool if you want a warmer dip, would definitely recommend friends and family

Nice hotel clean,friendly, food never had a problem with it! Spanish do cook differently. Yes 1 bottle of water but you can refill at bar. Drinks are fine local spirits , beer is Cruz campo room spacious with tv and some English channels not just news. You can get coffee in the bar, I took 3in1 sachets from £ land because I read reviews. Towels are small bring your own or pay €10 deposit and get pool towel. Location is fine walk to everywhere within 20min all in all had a nice time.

We arrived at check in they had not got us room well did I know thing would get worse. Day one the food is very poor and the beer is awful the coffee or the tea well its like dish water . You get one bottle of water in you room on day 1 and that's it you get 2 packs of coffee and 2 sugar 2 milks and that's it for the week . Anyone who says this is a 4* have never been to a 4× hotel the only good this it the staff for an Al this is very poor you have a hot plate in your room but but nothing to use on it to me this hotel should be a SC sorry but that's My Opinion we have stayed in 3* hotels better then this and it is out of the way 😉 the show was lovely till you turn the water on then every where floods 🥺 won't be back even for free

I've stopped across the road at the Sandos Suites many times and the rooms in this hotel are very similar and large !. I cant comment on other rooms but I stopped on the 21st floor and the room was great, large and clean. It might have been noisy if the roof top bar was open with people coming and going but as the weather wasn't great it was fine as it wasn't open. The food was ok , I've had more choice at other hotels but always found something to eat and it was always hot and being replenished. Snacks not amazing but you can get nuts and crisps with drinks on the ALL in at certain times which was nice. Drinks were standard and not that strong but ok and a fair variety . The most outstanding was the staff , Gorgie and Lydia were so nice and in fact all the staff were probably some of the best I've ever witnessed in a hotel. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and I would return just because of them. Thanks for a great stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel I would give it 3 star. The food is overcooked and most of the fish is frozen. The beef is tough the snacks the other day were cold overcooked shambled eggs. Taste less overcooked bacon burned to death. The entertainment is a joke bingo quizzes. Singers who cannot sing in tune. The the decor of the Lounge is bland. The towels are so thin . I wonder if the chefs taste the food and do the directors eat in the restaurant ? I have stayed in B/Bs with no star with good food.
