Hotel con palestra a Liyang

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni nel nuovo anno cinese con i nipoti e la figlia/figlio in legge. I nipoti hanno descritto la nostra villa a 2 camere da letto come “stupendo” e dobbiamo concordare. Il pasto era eccellente, con una grande varietà di opzioni, e il personale era cortese, utile, amichevole e tempestivo.La nostra nipote di sei mesi aveva molti ammiratori tra il personale! Le fonti calde erano molto piacevoli con una vasta gamma di piscine. I bagni caldi nelle nostre camere sono anche molto terapeutici Naturalmente i fuochi d'artificio non fermati erano incredibili alla vigilia del nuovo anno Una vista incredibile dalla stanza in basso, e la prima volta abbiamo visto gli alberi di bambù in alto. Raccomanderemmo sicuramente questo strumento.

Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

Vogliamo sottolineare il lavoro dell'assistente inglese Angelia che ci ha sostenuti per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Poiché non parliamo cinese, il suo aiuto è stato assolutamente invalutabile, dall'iscrizione al trattamento di qualsiasi richiesta. Era sempre disponibile, aiutando con la traduzione, raccomandando ristoranti, e anche aiutando con questioni minori quotidiane. Grazie a lei, la nostra vacanza era completamente senza stress e incredibilmente comoda. L'hotel stesso era anche meraviglioso, con camere accoglienti e una grande posizione, ma è stato l'attenzione e il professionalismo dell'assistente che hanno davvero reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Non troppo cibo occidentale al colazione, soprattutto cibo locale.

Wonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

La stanza è vista in vista del panorama di Qingshan. C'è un piccolo balcone con una notte seduto e un vento serale molto comodo. Le strutture sono molto complete. Le strutture individuali sono un po'vecchie, ma il loro complesso è ottimo L'igiene è buona. L'hotel è pulito in tutta la stanza. L'ambiente è molto buono!Con l'acqua di montagna, la finestra è la foresta di montagna, l'aria è particolarmente fresca, l'hotel è decorato con molto atmosfera, ci sono dettagli in tutto il mondo, la bocca dell'elettricità è posizionata con acqua potabile, la scena del fiore di guancia è molto bella, l'aria è sempre stata molto confortevole. Il servizio dell'hotel è particolarmente ottimo. Il servizio clienti di Xiao Xiao è sempre stato preoccupato per noi finche'non si è fermato a casa. Le richieste possono essere risposte in tempo e l'esperienza di soggiorno è molto buona!Anche il personale di servizio incontrato nel ristorante e nel salone è molto bello. Il caldo è particolarmente consigliato. Se non posso giocare caldo per troppo tempo, posso giocare caldo per tre giorni, molti tipi, attività ricche, relax e felice, la famiglia è molto soddisfatta. La prossima volta che vengo al lago di Tianjin, la famiglia è ancora la priorità! Le foto dell'hotel sono meno diffuse

Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel Quchan Inner è stato una splendida esperienza, tutto è stato di lusso, il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, la stanza è stata fantastica, le primavera calde sono super rilassanti. L'ambiente era bellissimo, ci siamo divertiti tanto, e sicuramente lo consigliere! Grazie speciali al direttore generale Michael, ha sempre assicurato di avere tutto quello che ci serve, e ha raccomandato di visitare il magnifico tempio di illuminazione di Fo Guang Shan!

Questo hotel è oltre le aspettative!La lavanderia, la palestra e il riposo della zona pubblica sono molto puliti, la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie sono troppo convenienti e il partito di viaggio libera le mani direttamente.Le strutture intelligenti della stanza sono anche molto più importanti, il controllo degli ospiti e il cabinetto sono molto utili e sono particolarmente confortevoli. La posizione è anche molto conveniente. La prossima volta che vengo a Xuyang, sceglieremo qui!

第一次住萬豪系的酒店，整體入住體驗是完全超乎預期的。和朋友一家帶着孩子去溧陽1號公路和天目湖景區遊玩，酒店位置很方便，去景區和市區開車都在20分鐘內~ 感謝前台小馬，小馮，小顧三位美女，服務非常貼心，對寶寶很有耐心，很友好，帶娃出遊的家庭很好的體驗~並且主動安排了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋。 春天的溧陽很美，推薦大家過來玩。
