Hotel con palestra a Calgary

Sono un cliente che vive in 407 il 9 novembre a Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, un hotel IHG. . Sono scritto per lamentarmi della signora sul desk front. Mi ha trattato con rispetto. Quando ci siamo accolti, chiedo se abbiamo una primavera calda, lei ha risposto diverse cosa? E correggermi “tubo caldo” come mancanza di conoscenza. Poi voglio usare la stanza Landry e cambiare i dollari con loro. Mi hanno dato diversi due dollari, e le lavastoviglie accettano solo 1 dollari, che avrebbero dovuto sapere prima. Quindi sono tornato al divano per chiedere ancora 1 dollari. E in quel momento. C'è un tizio che si sta facendo davanti ad un altro server del desk front. E la signora rispondeva al telefono. Quindi naturalmente mi sono fermata davanti al suo desk e l'ho aspettata. E le ho chiesto di cambiare 1 dollari per me, perché non lo sapevano. E poi mi chiese: “non noti che c’è una linea? Dovresti aspettare dopo.” Così mi vergognava di scoprire che mi tagliavo in linea. Quindi se lei è davvero preoccupata di me tagliando in linea, perché non dirmi di aspettare dopo? O solo ricordami in modo più rispettoso presumendo che non so davvero che c'è una linea? Ogni modo avrà lo stesso effetto e mi riconoscerò in modo non vergognoso, e ancora una volta, la lavatrice accetta solo un dollaro e non lo sapevano, è la loro derelizione del lavoro. Sono molto preoccupato per il modo in cui il vostro servizio corrisponde al vostro alto livello di tariffe.

L'ingresso era veloce, la stanza era pulita, le foglie erano morbide, la pressione della doccia era sorprendente, il colazione era solida, il soggiorno è stato grande.

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

Mi piace sempre il mio soggiorno al Deerfoot Inn & ******. Il mio viaggio era quello di andare fuori con mia sorella e catturare le nostre vite. La camera della regina deluxe era spaziosa e accogliente. Ho trovato una tintura sulla foglia superiore quando il coperchio cadde via. Eravamo come una tazza di caffè, ma jeez?! Abbiamo fatto un buffet per cena, e le prime righe e le patate scalpe erano deliziose, così come le altre entrate. Dopo aver mangiato, ci siamo seduti in salotto vicino al ristorante. Mi piacevano le sedie grandi e confortevoli che scelssimo di sedermi, e quando mi sono alzato per usare la stanza delle signore, i miei cuccioli erano fuori per un certo numero di passi, perché le sedie erano troppo basse. Posso suggerire che aggiornano i mobili come ho notato altri ospiti anziani che hanno la stessa questione.

Abbiamo avuto una splendida permanenza all'aeroporto di Sheraton Cavalier Calgary. L'hotel è convenientemente vicino all'aeroporto, che ha reso il nostro giorno di viaggio molto più facile, anche se vale la pena notare che non vi è alcun servizio di navetta. Tuttavia, il commutatore veloce non è stato un problema per noi. Abbiamo apprezzato l'offerta di un'unità di stoccaggio, che è stata molto utile e rende la gestione del bagaglio molto più facile. La nostra stanza è stata nuovamente ristrutturata, pulita, moderna e molto confortevole , sicuramente, un'accento sulla nostra permanenza. In generale, ci siamo davvero divertiti qui e saremmo felici di rimanere di nuovo!

La posizione era grande - a pochi minuti a piedi da Steven Ave, Calgary Tower, autobus aeroportuale, ristoranti, posto per noleggio auto. Buono servizio con bagagli. Bella piscina e saloni a fianco della piscina.

Un buon hotel considerando il prezzo e la posizione. Per una proprietà 3 stelle, soddisfa lo standard stabilito. Camere confortevoli. Lobby spazioso. Tutto funziona.

The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village). The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.
