Lovely stay and very accommodating. The booking and payment processes were very easy. They were also very responsive. Our visit was for medical reasons so being close to the hospital and also near other services and amenities was very important to us. If there is ever a need to return to India ww will not hesitate to stay at this property. Thank you Perch Service apartments

Great place, exactly as described, location is excellent. Food service is a massive plus, the staff is super helpful. We would definitely go there again whenever the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business meeting in unitech cyber park.staff was really polite and helpful.food was tasty and delicious. Daily housekeeping is an added advantage.good gym is also available within the property. Highly recommended for all!

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt, the fitness gym helped us keep fit & warm up during winter, very delicious meals provided & the ***ager Mr. Kumar Vishal swiftly responded to all our requests.

Very clean rooms. Well behaved staff. Good food. No disturbance. Overall great stay. For a family, it’s a homely environment while for the professional, it is an environment in which there is no disturbance.

I recently stayed at Perch apartment and I have to say, I was very impressed. The environment was lovely and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need. T he decor was modern and stylish, adding to the overall sense of luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a bit on the expensive side, but I think it was worth it for the level of comfort and service provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Staying at apartment is good when you want to make your own food. For that reason, we took apartments until my health recovery from surgery. If you do not want to cook yourself and want to order your meal from them, they will make according to your choice . That is why I loved this place and was convenience for me. If you want to walk in the morning, they have Publick garden garden in front of of the building where community people hang out and walk arround for their fitness.
