Ethan Zhou at the reception was truly helpful and upgraded me to a suite, which was really fantastic as it gave room for my kids to roam and also provided segregation when I needed space to work alone without the disturbance of my children. He was keen to assist when he realised that I was with my kids without my wife and offered to make my stay incredibly comfortable. Service with a grand smile

Clean, convenient place, good service

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Good location very convenient near airport

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

五星級酒店設施齊全，地理位置優越，最高樓層53層，前台小姐姐幫我訂的樓層免費升級到了51層，還送一份酒店周邊環境地圖，推薦當地特色和小吃，另外高樓層觀看夜景特別好，直接看到甲秀樓，甲秀樓走路才10分鐘，很方便，民生路小街走路13分鐘，馬路對面大的酒樓很多，在**收你喜歡的就好，地下停車場也很方便，早餐中西結合+當地特色很豐富，門口男生服務員特別有禮貌，一路指引辦入住還幫我把行李送到房間🙏值得推薦的酒店。

貴陽旅遊。早聽説過和洲際齊名的凱賓斯基，懷着探究精神，訂了兩晚。 環境：別人甲秀樓是在酒店樓下，只有在這間酒店可以鳥瞰全景風貌；周圍商業廣場四周環繞，光是兩天就逛5間商業廣場。老城區的老字號比較多，貴廚、豆豉火鍋店走幾步就有。另外，無敵夜景，50多層高聳大廈確實帶來強烈的感官刺激。 服務：我們只有中午和晚上回來休息，早上8點和下午2點半出門玩。每次回來房間都給收拾好了。而且衣服疊好放床尾，免費衣服送洗服務完成了，全過程見不到保潔人員。水也不需要買，每次收拾房間後櫃子上一堆礦泉水，這點好評！！！送餐還有機器人。 總結：冷門小眾的凱賓斯基能和洲際齊名，確實在一些“不打擾”的細節上又過人之處，在服務的同時又讓顧客覺得自然、順暢，可謂“絲滑”來形容。點贊👍

提前做了預訂，到前台做了客房升級，前台入住和退房都很絲滑。房間內居然還佈置了生日快樂，送了一個小蛋糕，真的是好貼心，太感謝了！！ 房間視野非常好，能看到甲秀樓完美夜景 沒有訂酒店的早餐，因為這次過來貴陽純是吃喝旅行，樓下就是各種好吃的，步行距離有名的民生路蔡家街個各種有名的餐館咖啡店都非常近 床品不錯很舒服，電視機可以投屏，淋浴間的肥皂盒有點不好，浴缸下水好像有點漏水，衹能馬桶非常好，mini吧裏的速溶咖啡一般
