EXCEPCIONAL!. Esa sería la palabra para resumir la estancia! 😍, tanto por el lugar como el trato humano que podrás encontrar y te brindarán. Es una estancia en una antigua casa señorial rehabilitada en un hotel boutique con 14 habitación todas y cada una de ellas diferentes y las que pude ver, a cuál más bonita, cada una con su personalidad e identidad. Se respira tranquilidad, limpieza, la calidad de las sábanas, toallas, albornoces… es acorde al lugar. Una gozada dormir entre esas sábanas. La gobernanta se preocupa que todo esté perfecto! Tiene una pequeña piscina que disfrutamos al final del día u lo bueno que no tiene horario, la puedes utilizar las 24h. Las personas alojadas un silencio que entre todos parecíamos como estar en casa y disfrutar de esa tranquilidad. El desayuno una cucada, con productos de calidad, muy bien atendido y los dis camareros que están se preocupan no falte de nada. Gracias. La pequeña ciudad de Guimaraes es un tesoro por descubrir. Sus plazas, el castillo 🏰, Palacere y su gente te atrapa. La atención recibida en recepción tanto por Soraia como su compañero fue exquisita. También la atención que tuvo la directora a la salida de la estancia en saludarnos a ver si todo había estado bien. Gracias Tania por tu naturalidad y el buen trabajo que estáis haciendo. Ojalá se mantenga la calidad, el trato y da gusto y sitios tan bonitos especiales así!! Espero poder volver pronto!!! Un abrazo a todo el equipo!! Gracias por cuidarnos tan bien! 😊

吉馬良斯找到的一家瑰寶，原來是一個著名網球運動員買下的老宅子，裝修得很典雅，前台服務尤其贊，吧枱小哥也很體貼。早餐很棒，精緻，有的可選，不是擺一長排，但挑不出啥好吃的那種。居然還有鮮切的芒果，很贊。 但唯一不足的是樓下有個酒吧，週六晚上很吵，凌晨3點才能睡。

Notre séjour a été bsolument parfait grâce à l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel du personnel. La chambre, spacieuse et impeccablement propre, offrait tout le confort attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, avec une literie de grande qualité et une décoration raffinée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, mettant en avant des produits frais et savoureux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, permettant de découvrir facilement les environs. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement ! --- Veux-tu que je l’adapte pour un contexte précis (séjour en bord de mer, en ville, pour affaires, en couple, en famille, etc.) ?

O hotel fica num palácio recuperado, mantendo a maioria da traça original. O quarto era espaçoso e muito confortável. Piscina e jardim suficientes para o número de quartos / hóspedes, ambos muito limpos e tranquilos. Pequeno-almoço com qualidade e variedade adequada ao tamanho do hotel, evitando o desperdício alimentar. Staff sempre disponível e com excelente atitude.

Un Hotel en una casona típica, con unas habitaciones muy bonitas unas zonas comunes preciosas. El trato del personal excelente y los desayunos abundantes y muy buenos. Muy bien ubicado y al mismo tiempo apartado de la zona de más bullicio, aunque es muy céntrico. Una gran elección.

Hotel muito bonito, decorado com bom gosto e no centro da cidade. Se tivesse algo a apontar seria: o facto de ter obras a decorrer no interior; pequenos detalhes de limpeza no quarto (ex.: cápsulas de café usadas junto à maquina de café do quarto, amenities da casa de banho abertos), staff com falta de experiência (e confiança) no atendimento. No geral, foi bom.

Il mio soggiorno a Guimarães è stato reso indimenticabile dalla scelta di questo hotel, un vero gioiello. La struttura è un palazzo d'epoca ristrutturato con una cura e un'attenzione al dettaglio che si notano in ogni angolo, dall'arredamento agli spazi comuni. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati sorpresi da un fantastico upgrade che ci ha permesso di soggiornare in una camera molto grande con una splendida vista sulla città. Il comfort era eccezionale, con una biancheria di una morbidezza incredibile. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: semplicemente perfetta. Oltre al ricco buffet, c'è la possibilità di chiedere piatti preparati sul momento. Un altro dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stata la disponibilità di una bevanda buonissima offerta in ogni momento della giornata. Nonostante l'hotel si trovi in pieno centro, l'atmosfera è di totale relax grazie a un piccolo ma curatissimo giardino e a una piscina che, pur essendo compatta, è un'oasi di pace. A rendere il tutto ancora più speciale è stato lo staff. Il ragazzo che si occupa della colazione è di una gentilezza rara e la ragazza alla reception è stata preziosissima con i suoi consigli, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e agevole.

The service was top notch. We were given really helpful suggestions on things to do for a variety of interests. If João hadn’t told us, we wouldn’t have known it was market day and gotten a really authentic experience. The room was huge and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and good quality. Rainfall showerhead was great. We were on the street side of the hotel per our request, but there is a church nearby so if you are a light sleeper, I recommend you request a room facing the garden/pool if you don’t want to be woken by the bells. The hotel was in a great location for walking to all the sites we wanted to visit (cable car, Duke’s palace, archeology museum). Many restaurants close by too. We were directed to a nearby parking garage that is easy to miss the first time driving by, but is so convenient to the hotel. Hotel staff was so friendly and explained some history of the building to us. They made special effort to make sure I had gluten free options for breakfast, which you don’t find often. My husband really enjoyed getting to talk to João about sports and general Portugal info too. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This is a very elegant hotel in a beautifully restored old building. The bar is very nice to sit and enjoy a local wine before heading out for dinner. It is a good location for restaurants. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room not facing the street.

A recent acquisition by the group the refurbished rooms are fantastic. A big feature of the hotel is it has a sun terrace and a pool, not many hotels in the town have this. The hotel is situated in one of the quieter areas but the old town is an easy 10 min walk. I recommend the room Miami...simply stunning. Great value.

Fantastic return visit to this wonderful hotel. Rooms great as always but the team here are just exceptional. Look forward to coming back again

An exceptional hotel. We are fortunate to be able to travel a lot, this hotel is one the best we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. It’s a beautiful property with tasteful luxury decorations and furnishings, with an excellent location in the town centre of beautiful Guimaraes. What raises this hotel to an even higher level is the professional but friendly and personal service received from the wonderful staff. A particular mention for the Manager, the lovely Tanya, whose welcome was warm and friendly and and made our stay one of the best.

the hotel is in a historic family house recently very tastefully renovated. rooms are large, breakfast is very good ( from the cappuccino to the fresh fruit) there is a garden and swimming pool to relax. service is very helpful, parking is nearby and cheap. overall a great choice

the place, an old house of the mid 16ties, was refurbished in six years and became a jewel in the town. the staff is fantastic , the rooms superb, the breakfast so very good , the bathroom is something to remember. located in the old part of the town, it enables you to explore a lot of places just walking.
