Un po' lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma ne è valsa la pena. Situato tra le montagne, posto molto accogliente. Perfetto per sfuggire allo stress della grande città. Buona colazione, lago con barche, piscina e palestra. Non lontano dai punti di riferimento locali.

The hotel was relatively new and staff members were responsive. However, for similar price, we usually get a lot more value-add services from peer hotels. For example, the butler service would have proactively checked in on us and offered turn-down services, which was not the case here. While there were supposed to be a range of amenities, like singing bowls etc., most were unavailable. Nor were there gym or pool open. The restaurant was quite slow to serve, despite there were only three tables. Given the location is a bit remote, this made staying unexpectedly boring. If you were expecting a staycation, I wouldn’t say this is the right place. Otherwise if just a quiet place to chill for a night, maybe.

The Song Hotel is nestled in the beautiful Guilin Mountains. The room was comfortable and stylish with a lovely round bath to soak in. The Hotel Lobby features beautiful artworks. The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty dishes. Photography yin traditional Miao clothing is offered.

staffs are very friendly, Sierra Jiang, the manager is very professional, Quiling Ma, the front desk and Demon Li, the concierge guy and other team were all great team. Resort is real serene and peaceful place to escape from crowd. Buffet was all great. great value to families.

Resort is very beautiful, location, scenery and style. Only problem is lack of customers which probably led to low staff, restaurants and activity. Staff are very friendly though and bed quality is one of the best we have used during our holidays. Water pressure in bathrooms are not strong enough and low supply of water, tea, coffee and toiletries. Spa was mediocre. If the above software can be improved, we don’t mind going back again.

華住會的老會員，但是看到攜程上有個套餐比華住會直接訂划算，就攜程上買了。 先去的陽朔，風景挺好的，但是到酒店發現真的是非常值得。 入住前管家姚姚先電話聯繫我，幫我升了房間。由於酒店比較大需要接駁車，基本都是微信和她喊車，100%秒回。 另外能感受到真誠，包括遇到一些入住問題解決的也非常非常及時。走的時候還特地準備了一些禮物。下次一定還會來的！

終於體驗了心心念唸的桂林宋品酒店，遠超期待，堪稱完美度假的標桿！ 酒店的管家服務更是無可挑剔，尤其是管家姚姚，從入住之前就積極和我們聯繫認真安排，真正詮釋了“宋品”的待客之道。 從抵達時的專屬管家姚姚貼心引領，到入住期間細緻入微的關懷。每一位工作人員都帶着真誠的微笑，熱情周到卻又不失分寸，讓人感覺賓至如歸。 早餐華住水平裏算高的，端午也沒有出現人擠人的現象，總之適合度假躺平！

環境：景色是這家酒店最值得誇的，從辦理入住的大堂開始，一步一景，非常的nice。酒店湖光山色，即使陰天也非常有氛圍 服務：重點誇一下管家小黃jesse，入住期間我們有任何需求都第一時間響應👍🏻。以及餐廳服務員黃開香，兩天的早餐都有贈送鮮榨橙汁，最後一天還幫我們打包了一份小點心在路上吃👍🏻 衞生：酒店衞生沒得挑，房間和公區都非常乾淨整潔 設施：這是唯一有點不滿意的地方，房間的吹風機像是上個世紀的，建議該換就換了吧

酒店安靜，環境優美！管家姚姚在入住期間服務也很好，3天2夜跑出跑進的一直麻煩她喊車。酒店裡還有好多果樹，我們去的時候有好多楊梅，又大又甜！過節活動也很多，下次還來喲！

酒店在融創度假村酒店集羣裏面，不過除了前台和客房和早餐廳之外，其他包括餐廳、健身房、游泳池和娛樂設施都是用隔壁施柏閣酒店的。服務還可以，雖然期間有些問題不過前台都給解決了。客房都是別墅的形式，房間挺大的，還有院子，不過沒有智能馬桶。早餐和自助餐品牌偏少，不過週五、六、日三天施柏閣酒店門外都有民族歌舞表演和煙花秀，攜程套餐還送隔壁融創海世界的門票，酒店本身也有一定娛樂項目，如皮划艇、單車騎行釣魚和喂黑天鵝，不過種類確實不多。

整體滿意，房間屋頂高沒有做複式所以不會憋悶，五一期間沒有被蚊子叮過，客服對各種要求反應也很迅速，對於帶着長者孩子來的人來説很重要。謝謝禮賓的小吳，小龍，小黃，姚姚，還有接駁車的陶師傅。

酒店很大，環境不錯、很安靜、綠植環繞，彷彿置身於大自然中，無論是散步還是拍照，都能收穫滿滿的愉悦和美好回憶！酒店服務人員態度很好，主動打招呼，有問必答，前台小吳、小秦，擺渡車小文服務周到細緻！

很新環境很美很舒服 人少的酒店 除了去陽朔有點遠 其他真的不比悦榕莊差 主要是真的很新 太舒服了！管家點贊 都會及時幫忙解決問題

環境很美，空氣特別好，心擴神怡。只是前台服務有點面黑。送的旅拍要到住宿完了第二天才有位，有點無耐。小孩的設施其實只有旁邊的酒店的遊戲室，但很小。大人休養生息會是不錯的地方。
